On 12/06/23 around 6/6:30pm Pizza was delivered in less than an hour, everything was hot and fresh! The Delivery Driver (I wish I had gotten his name) was so kind, he informed me they had messed up one of my two pizzas, so they made it again and sent the extra pizzas to me, so essentially I ended up with one free pizza which actually ended up being a huge blessing, TBH. I didn't realize while I was grabbing the pizzas my three yr old son had grabbed a gift card and thought he could "pay" (like a CC) and he was so disappointed because I had unintentionally agreed to "let him pay too". So I rushed out my door with him into the street where this sweet wonderful Delivery Driver was. He got out of the car and took the card from my son, gave it back and acted as if he'd just paid. My 3yr old was SO proud and beaming. It's truly the little things that make the biggest impact. I wish I had cash on me so I could have tip him extra because he really did go above and beyond, and I'm so appreciative of his kindness. And the everything was tasty too!
Website is slow glitchy and won't allow you to place an order. Last pizza I will buy from pizza hut.

wait too long just only melted over 30 minutes some guy said 5 minutes and still wait then someone said 2 minutes and the staff let it customers wait don't say nothing

Ordered a couple of pizza and and they all had waaaaay to much sauce, to the point were you pick it up and the cheese and everything on it just slid off. But disappointed as this has never happened before. But I'd definitely come back

I ordered on the app and everything was off the pizza was 35 minutes late I called the store when it was late my 10 minutes and they said it was just coming out of the oven. 15 minutes before that I received a message saying my order was on its way. The food was not hot and I received the wrong boneless wings.

Ordered online at 4:09 supposedly delivered at 4:30 called store at 5:10 and was told that it was already delivered but that they would send out another order. Still with no communication as far as when it would be on its was or when it was delivered, had to call again at 6:10 to ask for my money back and was told “I’ll just cancel the order , if you see the driver just tell him to bring it back”

I just called and they said 1 hour wait ... I said ok, but she said call back in 20 minutes because we are working on a big order...I said no that is going to be an hour and a half wait now.

Silly location! Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and a pasta and drove to pick it up. After we got our food there was no marinara sauce. We asked where it was and they said if you ordered breadsticks (a full order) with pasta you don’t get marinara sauce?? How dumb. On top of that we asked for red pepper packs and cheese packs for our pizza and they said you have to pay for each one. Terrible location if they are gonna be THAT stingy. All the drinks had no lids and no napkins. Save your money and time and go to dominos or pizza guys.
They did all that I asked them to do and the food was the best I've had from PH in a long time.

Service was sucky . Pizza was the quality of cardboard lol and they forgot my drink so they had to come back. And the delivery man knocked on my door obviously hard

A perfect order of hot food, delivered quickly, was marred by there being no utensils, plates or napkins which most vendors include.Also, Paid condiments did not arrive, which is very disappointing.

I recommend carry out only for Pizza Hut. Paid 82 dollars for two medium specialty pizzas, 2 liter Pepsi, and breadsticks. Thought that was insane but I went through with it. When the pizzas arrived the first thing I noticed is how small these pies were and immediately realized this place is a rip off.
