So I was stocking up on fresh produce to make fresh salsa verde for tamales. Got the masa and husks too, perfect. Then it went bad! I was checking out and noticed that 4 jalapeños weighed 1 pound, 3 serranos weighed almost 1 pound, 3 habaneros also weighed almost 1 pound! 3 habaneros almost $7! I finally spoke up and told the cashier that their scale was off! A manager came over and I expressed to him that it was illegal to use uncalibrated scales! That they were ripping their customers off' He just moved my items to another register, but continues to ring the lady behind me up. I told that customer to move too! The original cashier says, oh I thought it was wrong too, but did nothing. Then a 3rd employee says, oh I see what it is. There were boxes of candies on the edge of the scale. Accidentally on purpose I think! My items ended up weighing 2/3 less! To think of all those people That were ripped off!

I love shopping at this store and love the red tag sale but would recommend a yellow tag sale but my point of this review is that I received great service from a worker named Jesus very friendly and gave great recommendations 10/10 would come back again. Also loved his shoe game.

I went to Ontario location today asked if they take check for purchase. Cashier said check? What's that? I said you know check from bank account. He said don't no anything about a check. I said call manager. Manager Jose came over said we don't cash checks. I said no can I write a check for purchase. He said what kind of check. I said check from my bank account I've been having for 25 years Arrowhead Credit Union. He said no we don't do checks. I said that's funny I just wrote check like 8 months ago at Superior in Chino. He said no Superior store's take checks. I said how long has that been he said like five years. Oh really. The register guy, a lady next to his register and guy next to his register and manger for the evening JOSE. Swore up and down they never heard of or saw a check before in their life time and laughed about it. REALLY??? I pulled out my debit card and paid for my purchase. So so said. Reporting them tomorrow to Better Business Bearu and calling corporate. Worse costumer service ever. I've been on my Job 25 years helping the community no way would I ever treat no one like that. Be very careful who you mess with. You never know who had higher status than you do. Stop judging. So sad but I just wrote again a check there 8 months ago. Lies you tell. My god bless your evil soul

I was just in this place after a long absence for mediocre customer service. Theresa's only 2 cashiers open. One of them turn her light off as I walked in trying to get to her. I asked her if I should go on to the only one left open she said yes. At rhis point that was ok. But someone else walked in and she offer to help when I was refused and left with customer with a huge cart in front of me. I don't know if they know that now in days you all should compete for the business. It's not about my purchase of today but when am I going back??? They need to get trained and disciplined as needed. I am a long time customer service provider and that is SO BAD FOR BUSINESS. I will give you guys a try in another 5 years or so. And guess in between how much $$$ I am going to spend elsewhere?

This place is AWFUL when it comes to quality AND customer service. They hang up on you when you call, rotisserie chicken is undercooked, and they don't have consistency.
