I decided to stop by Saturday to grab a spinach stromboli and it was terrible! The cheese had a very odd taste. I ended up throwing it out since I had a feeling that the ingredients were not fresh. The food court was so busy, but there was no line here. It may have something to do with the food. They had lots piled up and sitting there....some of it appeared to be a bit dried out like the baked ziti. Please do better. Normally, the spinach stromboli is my favorite.

The pasta taste like tap water , the food is overpriced, nothing here is good. MAYBEEE the pizza but even then for $8 something a slice it's not worth it.

Not very friendly. I asked for a slice of pepperoni. Noticing 2 guys, 1 there before me and 1 after being helped and attended to, the girl gave both these men their orders and made me wait until she walked down towards the cash register to hand me my pizza. Lol. I started to walk away and say screw it. That ma'am is an act of prejudice and you should not be allowed to practice that at this establishment. And no I will not be coming back. BE KIND TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, NOT JUST THE ONCE YOU CHOOSE. This happened today Nov 10th about an hr ago.

Sbarro used to have delicious pizza. Not anymore. It's now flavorless. Please go back to your original recipe when your pizza tasted like pizza and not what I imagine a wet sponge would taste like. The customer service was good as well as the portions and the price.

I wish I can give 0 Star for the service for this Sbarro at Ontario Mills. The food & price are not worthed. Bought Side potato, Bottle water, Strm spin Ind and Spag W/Sauce on 1/5/2023 at 3:31:01pm Order 590500082. The Mexican Lady very rude. She forgot to included 2 Garlic Breads for my Spaghetti (ordered 2) not even said sorry. She said we are short. When I asked her something she pretended doesnt hear me just walk away. Inside and outside the counter were very dirty. The food not fresh and cold. If you think you guys are short staff. Just close down the place. I'm not free to eat there. It doesnt mean you guys are short. You do whatever you want to customers and not clean your place. Just close the place next time if you short staff. Nasty staff behavior. Nasty food. Not worth for the price.

You people judge on your own but to me that a bad low low answer by the manager of the place that's shame on him that's shame on the sbarro pizza company!!!so the 2 females end up leaving extremely disappointed and mad on he's answer on he's behavior they left they did not pay for the food instead they left the food at register with him!!! I purchased two slices of XL pizza and asked for two cups of water and the man named David said they don’t give out cups of water. The other cashier had just given two cups of water to a customer that only bought one item. I was like but why did you guys just give her two cups if she only bought one item? I told David I’m not asking for you to give me free cups of water, charge me then if it bothers you so much and felt like he was discriminating some type of way towards me. I hope he never gets so thirsty that he’s going to wish for someone to offer him some water. Paid $4 for two cups of tab water. This person is so selfish, sad to be like that only to certain people. He needs to be trained better. By the way the pizza is gross, by the time you get to the register it’s already cold. The employees are slow. A couple of monitors were dark - probably menu boards. There was no explanation or paper menus available. I got a "large"/"entree" Caesar salad which in no way was meal-sized. It was OK, but could have been fresher. The price of $6.19 was ridiculous for this modest portion, and I was even charged $0.69 for a second dressing packet that I did not request.
