“Hello, this is Carlos sharing my review of Georgia's soul food restaurant so that you can make a smart choice when it comes to dining. This is a new restaurant to the city of Eastvale, and what a welcomed change! The restaurant is clean, fresh, and very welcoming. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by warm smiles from the cashiers. They are helpful, accomidating, and very pleasant. You really feel welcomed. The food is served hot with generous portions, and so, so tasty. I had the grits, catfish, collared greens, and blackeyed peas. Yum! I don't want to forget about the sweet potato pie. I had to check and see if my grandma was in the kitchen. No long lines, and your food is served promptly. While dining, you can hear the soulful music from the sixties. Good choice. It's nice having enough left over to eat the next day. I have eaten there twice do far, and will absolutly come back. I hope to see you there. Oh, and shout-out to my server, Niah! Such a pleasant person to be around. Reticent, she is not. Peace!“
“I ordered two plates. On one plate I got catfish eggs grits and sourdough bread. Everything on the plate was good except the grits they were hard and I can tell they were not creamy when they were put into the box. The grits were a 2 out of 10. I also got the smothered pork chops on top of rice with gravy which was extremely good. I also had two sides.... Greens and black eyed peas. Very good as well. I paid $8.50 for a hot link that was cut in half that I will not talk about. I will be posting pictures of everything except that hotlink.“
“Family of four visited for dinner on a weekday evening. Immediately upon entry we 'raised the roof!' Plenty of menu variety. Owners are very friendly and sincere. Gave us a one-on-one experience. Each of us chose something different to eat. Everything we ordered was enjoyed by all family members. The vibe of this restaurant reminded us Gen-Xers about the '90-'00s; and we loved that!My wife intends to return with friends from Lubbock and show them how the Westsiiiiiide does soul food!“
“Its crazy how some folks leave a 1 star review for non-sense(like pricing or not enough salt, etc.). Its like they want the biz to close down because they cant do math? We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Service was top tier. Look forward to returning to try their other specialties. Thank you for existing!“
“Trina who is at the first point of contact And the person taking your order is the absolute definition of “EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE” she greet you with a huge smile a beautiful tone of voice, very friendly, very happy, very welcoming and very professional. I would definitely recommend this place and I haven’t even tasted the food yet just based on the customer service Would definitely recommend it she is truly an asset to radical dogs, barbecue. ?“
“WOW ?1. Chicken is sooo tender, cooked perfect coming off the bones and the seasoning is so tasty2. At first bite of the greens, my face said it all! I love greens and have tried plenty…this is seriously the most flavorful greens I’ve had..3. Now this was a surprise. I do NOT like waffles or syrup…please tell me why I took one bite and couldn’t stop eating them!! The waffles were crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside. The syrup was fantastic…so mapley and sweet!4. We also had the Mac n cheese with bacon, rice with gravy, corn on the cob.Once you walk in, you will be greeted by the owner, Brandi…she has the most welcoming, friendly personality and her laugh is so contagious. This is a must try..bet you’ll come back! We surely will! You will not be disappointed!“
