Regular customer, but I’m hoping they can fill the drinks up all the way ): I get my matcha hot with no foam and ask for it to be filled up all the way, I would think that they can adjust measurements to do so?? But each time I’ve gotten it it’s only 70% filled. Most times they add steam milk to top off but it just ends up tasting like milk and when I ask they seem to have a bit of attitude.

I was contemplating whether to post this or not but here it is. Earlier tonight my daughter and I ordered through the drive-through a Caramel Ribbon Crunch with NO whipped cream and a Java Chip Frappuccino. As I was driving away I realized my drink was not "Java Chip" but did not want to complain so I continued on my way until my daughter mentioned hers had whipped cream. Now it may not seem like a big deal to some but we all have likes and dislikes and she just happens to absolutely hate the taste and texture of whipped cream. As I turned on the light in my car I also realized mine had whipped cream not only at the top of the drink but also mixed IN BETWEEN. Not sure what the reason was for this, perhaps it was to fill up my cup by decreasing the usage in product. I am not entirely sure, but it had only been a couple of minutes from receiving our drinks and I noticed the ice began to seperate on both drinks. By this time I was pretty upset I tried to walk in to show them the drinks I had received, but unfortunately the lobby closes at 7:30pm. I went through the drive-through once more and explained my frustrations in which they kindly offered to remake the drinks. As I pulled up to the window the cashier apologized and handed me the correct drinks. Unfortunately the ice began to seperate once more, but I do appreciate the effort in correcting the drinks. This was my first time going to this Starbucks and most likely my last.

How does this Starbucks NOT have wifi? I'm connected without the internet? It's pretty odd and unfortunate as a college student needing a place to work for traffic to die down, and there's no wifi. Also, the service of the cashier and I'm assuming a supervisor? They're cold and respond rudely. Nobody is asking you to have customer service like Chick-fil-A employees, but don't be rude when customers ask a simple question or ask for the status of their drinks! I've been to this Starbucks many times before, and the morning crew seems more nice and upbeat than the night crew ✋?

So this place always give us a hard time about picking up orders when placed online to pick up inside, I am a paramedic and me and my coworkers always order online for pick up because we can't drive the ambulance into the drive through, the workers are so rude about it, I get it like if you can't attend to us that's fine but don't take our money and not serve us, that's just not right. It pisses me off because they know we're out all night working doing the best we can for the community, I just want some caffeine to have some extra energy just in case a critical call comes in and I'm a lil sleepy that's it I'm not asking you to go above and beyond, but hey I guess we don't matter because we're not FD or PD, luckily when I was trying to get my drink and they refused to give it to me the person at the drive through noticed and he offered to drive around and pick it up. God bless those kind soulsI gave two stars because they do let us use the restrooms throughout the day, and I appreciate that

I ordered a regular coffee, which was cold, overpriced (2.95), and it took a long time to be served. The staff barely acknowledged anyone, did not call out drink orders, no one cleaned the lobby or emptied the trash - overall disappointing. Starbucks used to be a comfortable 3rd place, but that atmosphere seems to be gone now.

Horrible!!! Manager and assistant manager rude and so unprofessional. Was waiting outside for a drink I purchased and doors still locked. Time of drink being ready was 5:22am. I got there 5:24am. Standing outside and knocking and none of those kids acknowledged or came to tell me they will be opening soon. No curtosy.

No matter which Starbucks I go to, my stand-by is a trenta ice coffee with 2 extra pumps of sweetener and the sausage, cheddar & egg. I can go almost until dinner without getting hangry, hah! As usual, good stuff.

I am at a client at this Starbucks, and it was not crowded on the inside. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato, and they were quick and no fuss.Dietary restrictions: A lot of times I will ask for non-fat items with no whip cream and it seems they have other options but I haven’t tried them so I can’t speak to the vegetarian part of thisParking: It’s in the shopping center so there’s plenty of parking

Doesn't accommodate truck drivers in the morning. Drive thru is only open early, no walk in. If you can't fit the drive thru, keep going.
