Been to this location a couple times and generally the workers are very friendly and had no issues! Drinks are standard and also points with target app.

Im not a starbies chick but when I do go I always get the same drink and it's delicious every time. Fist time at this location and listen I don't know who made my drink but they put their big toe in it!!! My drink was hitting different 10/10

Never had fresh or hot coffee, especially after 9AM. Priority given to drive through customers! Standing waiting 20min for a toasted bagel…Bad day? No…three years of experiences.

The absolute worst service ever! The manager is rude, the people working are even more rude! I asked to speak to the manager and the girl says "oh great, you got another complaint" I wrote to corporate and all i got was a thank you for letting us know. I would have appreciated a little more effort in their apology but it is what it is.

I have never had such a poor service at a Starbucks in my life. The Starbucks in target in Rancho Cucamonga had me stand in line while two women cleaned and did things around the shop for 15 minutes before taking care of the first customer. I foolishly thought they were making the order for the woman in front of me, but they weren't. After 15 minutes, they took her order. Having been there that long, I was going to be late for work so left without purchasing anything after waiting 15 minutes with two barista's not taking care of customers. This happened at 12 noon, pick business hour at target

This place has the worst service offered at a Starbucks. There was only one person working (name tag said lana) and they decided to chat up a customer in front of me and make her drinks slowly. Trying to order felt like a catastrophy. I forgot to ask for my croissants warmed since I'm used to being asked, and walked away with a packaged croissant. I appreciate the drunk being made right, but hate that it took about 15-20 minutes for a drink and a croissant. I also noticed the price difference here for the same thing at the Starbucks in the mall (mall is cheaper)

Never come to this starbucks, i was in line for at least 30 minutes and as i pull up to the window to order they tell me that they closed and they took the last order in front of me! I'm so disappointed this is ridiculous! they should've got there stuff straight and came out to tell everyone in line that they closed! Also online it showed they closed at 7:00. Merry christmas starbucks make sure you fix this !

I have never been to such a slow Starbucks. I waited 10 minutes just in line with 1 person ahead of me. The employees move like sloths, and will take one order at a time before stopping to make drinks. It wasn't even busy, since they don't take orders ahead according to the app. This is absurd. Not gonna be back here.
