It's early monday morning 6:15 am. I understand it's early morning and know how it feels to be up early and working. I am the same but i choose it. None of the servers were gracious enough to even say Good Morning or even smile. This is the job you guys choose so do it well. I have been to many locations but this is the first time i am giving negative comment. I'm sorry guys but please be friendly with smile to your customers no mater what time of the day. I recently visited this Starbucks location after a stop at the bank, hoping for a quick and pleasant experience. However, I was thoroughly disappointed. Despite being the only person in line, the service was excruciatingly slow with four employees seemingly preoccupied with other tasks. Not a single greeting or acknowledgment was given, even as another employee walked in after me and received a friendly "hi" before disappearing. After placing my order, my drink was left unattended on the pick-up table for an unacceptable amount of time without any attempt to call my name. It's frustrating to see such lackluster customer service, especially when basic courtesies like greetings and name calls are ignored.

I go here pretty much every morning since I moved here last month, as soon as I find a new coffee spot, never again. The ppl are rude AF,and my coffee is never as I ordered it. SMH. Appears this location needs better leadership!

I should cheer to have a location this close to my house but apparently hiring people that can show up on time is something that they struggle with 7th time in 3 months pull up when they should be open but nobodies there. There is always other employees waiting on the parking

They always get my mobile order correct and it's ready to pick up when the app says it is. I feel the drinks at this location taste better than the surrounding Starbucks. The coffee based drinks taste fresh vs other locations having a burnt taste.

This Starbucks is the best! I come in the mornings before work. The line will be semi long but it goes fast!! They got their A team working weekday mornings!! Keep up the good work!! You guys are so awesome, fast and friendly. Never disappoints :))

I'm sad to find out my coffee is now 20 cents more as of today paid 60 cents for extra caramel just to get a little drizzle. Come here almost every day at 630ish pm for a grande shaken espresso, but today didn't feel the love maybe tomorrow will be better!

Completely ruined my studying experience hearing an employee storm out cussing at her own coworkers. I was already distressed about an upcoming midterm and witnessing a short employee who cussed her coworkers out and then come BACK to continue working alongside them ruined my study day. After she returned to work from whoever she stormed off to, I could see her coworkers working to support each other but her support the team. Her contribution: eye rolls, huffing and puffing, and literally loud unnecessary and inappropriate responses to her coworkers. I would H. A. T. E. to work with that person. Think her name was Massy or Mandy, not sure.

I always come to this Starbucks but this time Rashad was spectacular! We went through drive thru and he just made our morning by being so polite and welcoming! He ask how are day was and just served our drinks with care. Coffee tasted great, I usually get the brown sugar oat iced with vanilla sweet cream foam and yummy!!

Rude staff. They close the dining room whenever they want to. 9:00 o’clock on a Friday night, really!!! The best part is if you miraculously make it in to the dining room, good luck being able to use the restroom. Drive another mile or two and save yourself the hassle.
