I gave it three because it’s still a place to go for good frappes or for a coffee boost. Their iced caramel macchiato is the worst I’ve ever had personally. They mess up drink orders a lot and the coffee taste burnt. I recently asked for an iced shaken espresso with blonde espresso and yet they were rude (the girl who made it said it wasn’t wrong and didn’t want to remake) when I asked for a remake considering they gave me an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso....read full review
The nicest Starbucks I have been in & the staff are not rude at all they are so nice and so welcoming. The atmosphere is so calm and exactly what I needed for my morning commute to work

Super clean. Very friendly staff. The overall atmosphere is great. I came to this store after visiting a different location on my way home, that may have just been having an off day. I needed a new drink. Taeylor ( I really hope I spelled that right) and the rest of the ladies on shift made it right. I worked at Starbucks for 12 years, so I know what it means to have that kind of attitude with customers. To have such a great attitude from all on staff, hats off to you all.
