The problems with this location are completely unacceptable. Before I continue, I want to mention that I payed nearly 8 dollars for this drink. I asked for a venti iced matcha latte with LIGHT ice and received a cup full of ice and my drink tasted very watered down and flavorless. There was way too much foam in the drink and the overall ratio of drink to ice, foam, and cup size is terrible. There is no reason that my drink should be gone in about 10 sips.

I came to buy a cinammon coffee, and this rude young lady gave me an attitude for no reason ? and i asked for my coffee, and i asked for a vent cup with water, and she said serve only grande and she gave me the little one, i don’t like cause problem so, i left it like that, i gave them 1 star because i can’t put 0Oh, and this lady doesn’t have a name tag, it was 02/04/2024 at 10:20 am

Nothing in stock. They didn't want to try and make a drink they used the excuse of it being seasonal when other locations had no issues making it last week. Lazy people from the register to whomever does their ordering of supplies and food.

At Starbucks I always order the same coffee, I ordered it at this store and horrible service and the coffee was very bitter, I came back to tell them and they told me that they were fine that way and they couldn't improve it. bad customer

They have the worst customer service ever! There were more than six baristas and they let me wait an hour to get my drink, They were busy talking to each other instead of asking me what I was waiting for. If the store was busy I would not be that mad for waiting, but it was not.

Worst Starbucks ever. They will literally make the drink however they want to (in our case, a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew) and then have the audacity to wanna charge you more when you ask for more creamer (drink was extremely dark, like they put a drop of creamer in it). And then refuse to refund. They claim the mall owns them and makes the prices/rules.

Worst experience ever , the drink was made very slowly and the name was not in order, the customer in front of me took my coffee away, I complained to the clerk, she said to make me a cup immediately, and she made 5 more cups, I didn't ask her again until she just took a cup of coffee that no one took! Bought two drinks. I asked for light ice they charged me an extra dollar for each drink. They charge one dollar more when you ask light ice and on the receipt says “extra strawberry açaí” So I ask for a refund for a refund and the little tiny manager came with a really nasty attitude. They refunded me one drink cash and the other on my card. But they never refunded me the extra dollar. Horrible service…

Wouldn't make a simple drink and told me to call corporate for a refund but Starbucks makes it nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone.Trisha couldn't give me the corporate number and didn't seem like she wanted to help me out at all. 0/5 stars for being rude.

It was a hot day and I needed a cold drink. I decided to stop at the KIOSK by Blaze Pizza. The line was wrapped around the small booth and the barista, SLIM, was rolling her eyes at every customer, continuously getting every order incorrect (including mine). The manager seemed to be allowing for the errors to continue to happen and not taking any disciplinary action for the poor customer service received. I ended up getting a HOT drink when I ordered a cold drink and it tasted like they dumped dog water in it. Cleanliness of the place subpar. I saw fruit flies in the pitchers and crawling around on the counters. Disgusting the public health should be called. Will never return here. Everyone should be fired.
