This location is constantly out of everything you ask for .the bread choice is like 2 they don’t offer all the breads other subways have.the facility outside is always full of bums and Pan handlers. Try and avoid this subway ,the girl said they get delivery every 2 weeks that explains the brownish lettuce,they also don’t offer soups idk how this store is still opened

Nastiest subway I've ever had. The women who work here have really bad attitudes so don't ask for anything extra unless you want your sandwich ruined on purpose. It was so gross I had to throw it away. Go to any other location if you want subway ew.

Terrible. Ordered online and they told me my food was ready, I get there and they tell me they have no sliced meats so they couldn't fulfill my order. I had to come back the next day and they still didn't have my food ready. The manager questioned me as if though I was trying to get free food enough though the employee from the night previously had already spoken to her on the phone. I was offered 3 free cookies, did I get them? Nope. I was upset so I didn't even argue, I just wanted to leave the most unprofessional subway restaurant I have had the displeasure of visiting. Zero Stars if it was an option

This Subway is always understaffed. Want a subway? Better be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. Want to place an order online? You can go in 30 minutes later and your sandwiches will still not be ready. Only come here if you have all the time of the world. This place is horribly managed to think only 1 employee is enough to keep the entire restaurant running.

This was my worst experience I ordered a spicy Italian, when I opened my sandwich it was full of mayo and mustard it made a hole in the wrapper. I called management they were very unprofessional and no call back from Charlene dm. Still they have not made it right.

I am beyond outraged at the terrible experience I had with Subway. I placed an online order to avoid the line and arrived at the restaurant at exactly 5:42 pm, as stated on my order confirmation. I was starving and eagerly awaited my delicious meal, only to be met with incompetence and disregard from the employee on duty.After waiting for a few minutes, I noticed that my order still hadn't been prepared. When I asked the employee to prioritize my order, she completely ignored my request and proceeded to help other customers in line. I explained that I had placed an online order to avoid the line and was also very hungry, but she was unsympathetic and unprofessional in her response.As I left the store, I was close to tears, feeling powerless and disrespected. I never expected such poor customer service from Subway, and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. It's unacceptable that they hire employees who are so unprofessional and unsympathetic to customers' needs. I hope they take this seriously and address their training and management to ensure that no one else has to go through the same humiliating experience.

Had issues with online order being made several minutes after it was marked ready and now im eating something in the sub that poked my throat not even sure what it is (felt like a tooth pick) see for yourself , had to throw my other half , what a waste ?

Hi I seen the reviews and didn't like how negative they were so I tried it out and I had the coolest experience with the dude with the blue eyes. He must've had a bad day or maybe all the reviews were correct and he did make mistakes in the past. We all make mistakes. He is improving and had the best customer service I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. Thanks Chris the way you handled taking my order and your skills made you seem like the owner of this place.

Such bad training at this place. Workers don't know half of the menu and are just lost. Line is usually out the door and manager just sits in the back not even trying to help out staff. Whoever owns this Subway has failed miserably. Subway corporate y'all can do better

Have given this particular location more than a few chances but just seems to be the worse one I've been to. After waiting a good amount of time having to endure Metallica blaring the worker tells me what they're out of. Well for one I couldn't hear him but I decided to make due with what was available. After another few minutes he takes my order but then tells me they only have white bread. He then hands my order off to another employee, but where was this employee at all this time. Finally got my order but when we unwrapped them they pretty much just fell apart. Employees were nice enough but maybe it's a management problem.
