It has changed management lately and employees, the service has become unsatisfactory the sandwich is below standard missing ingredient not enough of it dry and the staff is very rude and disrespectful not acceptable not a place to return.

My fave subway place near me, there is a nice lady who works here who always has nice nail and is super friendly, love talking to her! They make sandwiches pretty quick and know how to add meat! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Well, I have to start off by saying the food was delicious. I came for my 30 min lunch. It was clean and refreshing in the lobby. Although, I'm leaving 2 stars because of the employee Yaneda. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional. It was very ill-mannered of her to act this way. She was also rude to another employee (Ashley) and watching every little thing Ashley was doing. I'm aware she isn't a boss or supervisor, so her actions were inexcusable. I strongly suggest a manager speaks with her immediately. I will be calling corporate and will complain about this employee "Yaneda".

The quantity of meat on the party sandwiches that we order was horrible. It was like one slice of meat with bread. For an order over $100, there should have been more meat and tuna on the sandwiches. For that amount, we could have made it ourselves and fed more people.

Leaving a bad review because this lady was in the rest room as I got there I was next to be served and for some odd reason while I was standing in line the lady came out of the restroom and was served next, The worker did not even say sorry or explain why he did it he just completely Ignored us and helped her first. I left very bad customer service
