It's always the same thing of receiving my orders super late. I don't know how they constantly prepare my orders late and they don't even have a line. This time I ordered my food 20 minutes in advance, I get there and they still weren't even working on it. I received an apology at least, but they left out the hot sauce in my order, like they usually do. The only nice thing about this Taco Bell is that they make the food right, I don't get cold food and it always taste good. They just need to fix their work ethic.

I came by to purchase a burrito, the cashier came out like lurch from the addams family to help me and he wasn't very friendly in regards to interacting with me. Definitely playing his part since halloween is around the corner.

They play around too much. When taking orders I can hear giggling in the back ground and once I get to the window they're all laughing and giggling ignoring me not even noticing I was trying to ask for sauce

They really push using kiosk to order your own food . Came up with every excuse for her not to use the register no customer service . Ended up going next door for the customer service.

I have labeled this place as "Human Rejuvenation Center"This place has been there for me in all of my troubles and my hungover mornings.I love this taco bell. Thanks for being a real one.On the serious note, sometimes I'll make custom orders and they don't make it. I recommend to remind them when picking up your order to see if they actually customized your order. Like extra cheese or a different add-on.

The ordering software did not have the options we wanted in the menu. Staff refused to open registers claiming they only used the new software.Customers rudely greeted and told to use kiosk instead of helping at register.

I'm so glad there is another taco bell that finally gets it right. I work near the area and I LOVE the fact they are open til 3a.m. since I work odd hours. I have visited this particular taco bell 4 times now and every time the wait has been way less than expected. The food has been not only correct but very fresh tasting and hot. I have been to numerous taco bells and if they have old beans or don't prepare them right they are horrible and once you have a craving for a certain taste and flavor it is such an epic fail when you don't get it. They have not disappointed me. The staff has always been friendly and professional even at 3a.m. and I will gladly go here again. Thank you guys for a job well done.P.s. bring back the 3 cheese melt
