I normally choose this location because they make the food how it is advertised. Normally I would give a better review however my recent experience left me disappointed with the customer service. I placed my order through drive through while I was on my lunch and I had asked for three sides of the red sauce. After receiving my order I realized the red sauce was forgotten. This was fine however when I went back inside to explain to the workers that they forgot sauce they said they needed to charge me for it which is fine I would have assumed considering they forgot the sauce to begin with as a courtesy you would think they would not charge me. I then stood there for an extra 5 minutes because they then started taking care of another guest. After multiple times of asking for three red sauces I was only given one. The lady that was working looked liked a manager however she was not friendly in anyway didn’t apologize or smile. Poor service.

Horrible I had to practically yell out my order so the cashier can hear me idk why if my voice is loud and at that she gave me attitude cuz she couldn’t hear and NOT a single NAPKIN! And maybe you can have your people working with you cover up there hickeys! Definitely not

I guess the reviews are as bad as they are when people complain about the food being terrible.Just went here today and they have old stocks oftaco shells they're still using to sell to their customers. The tacos that I received from the deluxe boxes were smelling like old rancid corn flour; sour and musty; food shouldn't smell like that! It had a strong odor too and feels a bit spongy like a bag of Doritos that been open for months and forgotten about in the pantry; sorta like playdough; and tasted like vomit! Never received anything like this before from other Taco Bell locations but I guess this one is a disaster since it's part of a KFC too and poorly managed. And the sad part is, I like Pepsi. Plus if they run out of things, they should let their customers know first instead of replacing items without asking.I believe they do cheat their customers by cutting proportions being served like other reviews mentioned because we also ordered a large mashed potatoes from KFC there and got a container that was only filled one third. There's probably some larceny going on that corporate doesn't even know about here. Internal employee theft is responsible for 75% of inventory shortages and about 4% of restaurants sales. You know they're supposed to keep track of every supply going in and out and what's being made and sold; and if theft is occurring, they have to try to match the numbers some how (by cheating customers.) Which is why items ordered are missing and things partly filled. Feels like the employees are keeping the "fresher" things for themselves, doesn't it? But whom knows?The floor in there was sticky everywhere and there was someone wiping down the table with the same cloth using the same dirty water from the sanitation bucket. I bet their mop is cleaner since they probably don't even use it.Either way, what should I had expected from a fast food chain that is known to give their customers the runs! I guess they do use expired products and moldy things from the YouTube videos they have exposed about them which is why food poisoning is so common now. If the taco shell is rancid already, I can't imagine the condition of the meat they're still using! I just hope I don't get diarrhea the next day before work now; but hey, there's a first for everything!I'm never going back to this location again after this experience and I wouldn't recommend you to either. Medical bills and health insurance cost too much now to risk getting sick.

We asked for water and we got sparkling water for free and they weren’t even Mr beast. They didn’t have the delicacies we wanted but that forced us to try new things breaking free from our comfort zone and expanding our horizons just like yes theory’s motto “Seek discomfort.” We also made sure to slap our burritos just like Ryan Trahan even though they weren’t from chipotle.PS. Remember to do these things,1. Ask for 10waters and you might get 10 sparkling waters.2. Don’t expect them to have anything you want, and be prepared to follow Yes Theory’s motto.3. Slap your burrito to increase taste.

They have the slowest people working in the drive thru. They literally cannot take your order and take your payment at the same time. And if you ask them a question about the menus they have no clue.. get faster people who know the menus.

I've had sh*tty food and service quite a few times, but this place top 3 for me in my book of TERRIBLE PLACES never to revisit. Hit the KFC Tacobell because there was no line at all at 2pm. Was told they discontinued a bunch of the KFC items so I got a chicken quesadilla and taco combo with a drink instead. Drive up, they hand me a 3/4 cup full drink, no straw, no napkins, no sauce, and the saddest excuse of a quesadilla. When I waived through the window to get some sauce, you think I was asking for this kids social security number.

This KFC Taco Bell combo store is the closest one to me which is why I come but man they are ALWAYS either out of something or they mess up my order. This is the fourth time in a row something was wrong. We were missing some of our food including half our order and fries in our meals tonight. Before I've ordered no meat in certain items and gotten meat (imagine if I was vegetarian how bad that would be). Im not but it's the principle lol. But truly my last 3 burrito orders were all the wrong v meat and one of them was a different burrito entirely. This place needs to retrain everyone too as almost all the employees have terrible attitudes and are always messing up orders or forgetting things. And the menu outside looks terrible it's basically broken in half. Please fix this spot.

Ordered a soft potato taco, it wasn't soft at all, it tasted like I got some old expired potatoes, ordered bean and cheese rice burrito, it was more bean and rice than anything else! I asked for cinnamon delights and I was told it was going to be a 5 min wait, they weren't even warm?!!! Tried calling the Taco Bell/kfc 4 times but nobody is picking up because I need some type of refund, I paid over $18 and I can't even enjoy 3 items that I bought!!! Why not get some fresh food if y'all already having us wait 5 mins? Order taker was also not friendly.

My wife picked up some food, hoping to have a decent quality meal since we both didn't eat today due to work and paramedic school. She waited a long time just to give her order in the drive through. Before she left she checked the order and it was missing a beverage and a food item (she did a quick look). The line was too long to wait so she had to walk into the building. No one acknowledged her, then she proceeded to wait again until she had to speak up and gain someone's attention. Mind you, they weren't paying any attention to customer in the lobby. She obtained the items and went home. Once at home, she realized we were missing more items, the Mac and cheese for my daughter had hard noodles, the chicken nuggets were hard too. My daughter was missing her milk. When I attempted to call, no one answered, it went to a full mailbox. 2nd attempt, someone hung up without saying anything. I don't recommend this establishment.

The food is always cold i have been there 2 times never again the crunchy tacos from taco bell where supper soggy you couldn't eat it they wont sell you food if you dont have exact change or card there
