This is the second time I’ve asked for extra dressing on my salad and they’ve proceeded to give me ZERO dressing. The salad itself isn’t dressed and there is no extra dressing on the side.

Excited to see a drive thru but disappointed we went. Completely got our order wrong and when brought to the cashiers attention she argued with us stating we told her the wrong thing. Then quickly threw together the order so we could go. Our burger looked like it had been thrown against the wall. The salad was thrown together without enough chicken and bacon as hard as glass. Finally the 50/50 (fries and onion rings) was completely cold. Overall this was a terrible first visit and most likely our last. As a bonus looking at my card statement I see the charge not under the Habit but instead it shows as the Hair Lounge. This I find extra frightening

Asked for no onion still got them. Paid for double meats and got singles. Management was sitting around lollygaging with the employees. Which explains why my order was of this quality 0 of 5 stars if possible. Never going back.

I went through the Drive-Thru and ordered the Tuna Filet sandwich and a salad. When I got home I found a hamburger patty wrapped in lettuce with a tomatoe slice and some relish. It was to inconvenient to take it back so I ate a few bits and threw it away. The two items were $18.00 and I didn't get what I asked for. Very disappointed.

My favorite location. This Habit Burger has a drive through. The manager is seen helping his staff to ensure great customer service. Food taste fresh! The salads crisped and cold. The burgers served hot and delicious.

Chicken on club sandwich wasn't good. Used to be nice chicken breast, this sandwich had strange looking and fatty pieces.

BUYER BEWARE!!The store doesn't use the pagers, so your number is on your receipt. Due to a lack of responsibility, and possibly training, the employee calling the number when your order is ready doesn't check your receipt and will hand your order to the first person who walks up and claims it. But wait, it gets better.When you go up to check on your order and they realize they've given it to someone else, they bring it back to the counter and offer it to you claiming, and I quote, "she said they didn't touch it." Last time I checked, there are county regulations about that. After you remind them about those regulations, and that they can get written up for that, they agree with you and remake the order.BUYER BEWARE!!

Wow what a mess! We visited this location on Saturday 10/28 around 11:30AM. We originally wanted to try the Korean BBQ burger but was told they were out of kimchi. So instead, we ordered: Portabella Char Teriyaki Char Onion rings 10pc. Chicken bites HOWEVER, the chicken bites were TINY and we noticed we only received 9 pcs. so we let them know and they said they would bring it to us. So get this, they brought us ONE ADDITIONAL PIECE.....lol. Additionally, the onion rings were a smaller portion than other locations. The burgers were fine, thank goodness. We also noticed the employees were talking extra loudly in the open kitchen. I understand that employees banter and talk but when it's loud enough to disturb my eating, I feel that takes away from the ambiance of the restaurant. Overall, my experience at this location sucked. Not to mention, I was hit with a stomachache when I got home Soooo never coming here again. Do better.

They are always smiling and laughing with one another. The manager is great, you can always find him at the front taking order and helping customers. Highly recommend it here.
