I'm not posting this to get anything out of it besides the hope that the employees work on quality assurance. But today when I got my food and started eating I bit down on something very hard, come to find out I bit down on some type of wire. I attached a picture as proof. This won't keep me from eating there since I know we're all human and mistakes happen, just don't want this happening to someone else is all. I gave 4 stars because this is my go to waba and this has never happened before and the food quality is always great.

Every time we come here they always say there’s no restroom that’s a health a safety code how are the workers gonna use the bathroom ?? Sign on the door looks like it’s been on there for a month in the other comment above mine he said he couldn’t use bath room with I’m here right now

Wouldn't let me used the restroom. We're also skimpy on there meat portions! Lady laughed when I told her I had nowhere to use the restroom being a ride share driver!

I always call ahead and order my food and is always ready when i arrive. Food tastes good. I get the waba bowl no veggies with white rice. Service is nice .Vegetarian options: They vegetables options to add on to your meal.

I sat in parking lot waiting for place to open. And I must say when walking in Jessica was very friendly. She gave great recommendations on what to try and she complimented the company well with the way the food is done. She has great customer service a plus to have

Not as good as yoshinoya. If you go 1 hr before closing, you get left over cook chicken from earlier time. Portion not worth the price.

Came in today for lunch and honestly this place is one of my favorites. The service and quality of food is the best. I've been coming here for almost a year and would recommend it to everyone. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!
