I had a ribeye bowl with extra meat. I asked for light rice, and extra vegetables. When I got home with it, I thought the cook mixed it up. I had a LOT of rice. The meal was still very good, just not the way I wanted.

This particular Waba grill is not opened on time. It states on business hours Sat 11-8p but at 1:30 doesn't look like anyone is there and the door is locked. Smh. There were quite few cars parked in front that have now left. Profit loss due to tardiness's is not good. I won't be back

The manager who took my order was very rude and made me wait to order while he was teaching his employee about an order with another counter open where he could have placed my order at any time. Then he did not clearly get my order and he ended up not placing vegetables in my order which I needed. He was not even looking at me but talking to his employee the whole time; very arrogant and rude!!! Then, the miso soup is half what it usually is at other waba grills and the ribeye is dry and burned! See pictures. Yuck. I returned everything. Hopefully, he did not keep my money. We will see! Will update!

PLEASE DONT GO HERE literally if i could give it 0 stars or even ask to shut this location down i really would...i found a short hair in my food which i saw that the kitchen which was ran by two men with short brown hair and had NO HAIR NETS...i found a short brown hair in my food and on top of that i found a dead tiny bug within my veggies. Please do not come here i feel sick to my stomach after finding it. This place is disgusting go to any other waba but here please. I really wish i could throw up what little i ate because of how sick i feel.

DO NOT COME HERE I experienced one of the worst customer service of my life here. As soon as you walk in the vibe was off right away with employees on their phones and I even heard them sigh loud before I walked up like I was some kind of inconvenience. The attitude from the middle aged cashier was just unacceptable and the way he was rushing me in an empty restaurant ? There's even other reviews with pictures of that guy. AVOID THIS PLACE
