I came here 2 days ago for an online pickup order and the women with the red hair that works there didnt care to say “how can i help you” “i’ll be with you in a minute” or anything of that nature, she ignored my presence. She started talking to her co-workers instead of asking what i needed. I had to interrupt her to get my online order. I came back today and there was a kind man with a beard and a red hat working today, greeted me, asked me how my day was, and even said he’ll be with me in a moment… That man deserves a raise! Teach ALL employees to be respectful to customers. I enjoyed my second experience much more than my first.

Service ok, but what a rip of $15 for a plate with 1 dry tasteless piece of orange and another side with "lettuce" from a dried lettuce! Wth? Go to the Chinese food across from them and you'll get meat, rice and veggies for half the price. This is such an insult to give you a damn plate with a piece (not even full) orange and pieces of lettuce nothing else to it, as is the servings of meat are minimal just cushioned by white rice but then they insult you with lettuce and a slice of orange? I'm just shocked!

Gross is all I have to say….. I ordered the shrimp bowl shrimp was raw still rice tasted terrible my son ordered the salmon bowl he couldn’t believe how it looked pale and dry I would not recommend this waba they need a better cook ?‍?

I don't know what it is about this place, but it smells like ass as soon as you walk in. Food is alright, but the smell makes me lose my appetite.

I will start by saying that the most basic thing a review can say, if I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order tonight and arrived to pick it up. At first sight the restaurant wasn't the cleanest and the cashier I talked with was very rude and made it seem like she had better things to do. Not personable at all. I ordered a sweet and spicy chicken bowl with avocado and green onions on the side. I asked if she put the green onion in the bag and she said yes. Looking back I guess shame on me for trusting the staff to actually do their job, but the bag was tied shut and I was in a hurry so I did not thoroughly check. I got home and not only is there not the things I asked for on the side but the avocado wasn't even included! I'm sorry but it isn't a cheap add on and it's a complete ripoff when you can't even give the customer what they paid for. The kitchen ticket clearly states it so how you could miss that I'll never know. I tried to call the restaurant to atleast try to get a refund for the avo and the staff who answers the phone pretends not to hear me and disconnects the call. I called again and they took the phone off the hook and had a busy line for the several additional times I tried to call back. I finally gave up and decided just to try to eat my food.The worst thing of this whole experience happened when I find a curly black hair in my chicken! I am so disgusted by the food and by the service at this place. Trust me, you do NOT want to eat here!

Outstanding customer service! Satti is my favorite and well the cooks are great tooI am here 2-3x a week because my grandson loves the food, and well it is really nice when the employee takes the time to learn your name and appreciates your business! The food is great, as is the wait timeFood is not pre-cooked its made to order! Thank you for making my life easier when it comes to a great meal that is pretty healthy for fast food Lori

So this is my local restaurant, and I've been calling for about 20 minutes now. The phone just rings and rings so I'm curious to see how busy it is when I get there. I will finish my review when I arrive. I just got here and there's literally nobody else in the restaurant. I even call as I'm walking in to see how they respond to the phone. As soon as it started ringing they hit the mute button. It is July 19 at 6:55 PM. I walk in and the whole crew is standing together, just talking. I ask if they take phone orders, then I ask why they don't answer the phone if they have a number posted online. The cashier quickly responds with "We're too busy to bother with the phones". AGAIN, im the only one there at the time I walk in, they are all just talking & laughing. He also says, "we're you the one calling back to back for the past few mins? I say yes. He just says they're too busy for the phone. NOBODY IS WORKING ALL JUST TALKING AND JOKING TOGETHER. I know it's hard to find good help these days but my goodness. You have to really go out of your way to try and have this bad of customer service. Poor teenagers don't know the meaning of hard work and respecting your position as an employee. I feel bad for whoever has to manage or own this poor excuse for an establishment. Never returning again.

First of all I want to say I love WaBa Grill in general. However this store needs a few changes. As you walk into the store you will find the look is old and run down. When you approach the counter you are greeted by a women wearing a brand shirt with Bebe on the front. She had a major attitude from the beginning. It would help if she smiled occasionally and made you feel like she was there to provide a good experience. Not sure why it took over 20 minutes to get my food, there was no one else in the store. After receiving my food and exiting the store, I found that the store had a B quality rating. It was posted fairly high so you couldn't read the details of the score. If I new it had a B rating, I wouldn't even walked in the restaurant. I will continue to support WaBa grill, but not this location.

Ordered (& paid) online. Drove 12 minutes to store. My order hadn't even been started. The employee didn't even apologize or seem to care.

Don't come here lmao. The only reason i do is because i work close by. They are incredibly rude, lthe service is horrible. They don't say welcome, they don't say hi or please or thank you it's just incredibly disrespectful It's basic manners that these people don't know. I know customer service is not a great job as i work one too but still. I was having a bad day and hoping to be greeted nicely but all i got were rude stares. Corporate should have a talk with yall, seriously.

Ruben was rude and very condescending. Instead of helping with my order and suggesting things he just kept saying that the combo wasn’t on the menu every time I asked for a certain combination instead of suggesting to order the one not available as a combo to be ordered on the side. I was in a uniform so I wonder if he was treating me that way because of the uniform.
