This is by far the worst Wendy's around.. the manager is HORRIBLE and RUDE no matter what and to whom. They NEVER get the food correct, and when you try to let them know, the lady manager is even more rude than when you ordered. The worst part is now that with the $20 an hour minimum pay and the food prices going up, you would expect even better service and quality, and it's just as bad as it was. Wendy's Corp NEEDS to change ALL the staff at this location!

Food is good but service not too much. No napkins, no ketchup, no ranch sauce, even after we emphasized it!!!! WENDY’S Corp. LEARN FROM IN&OUT and provide extensive training to your employees. Hire good managers and keep them motivated!

I will start by saying I hadn't seen the reviews prior to visiting this location and honestly surprised by what I've read. I have picked up my lunch from here 3 times this week (I know, it's been a busy week and it's close to where I work). Point being is that on all 3 occasions there was hardly a wait, if any wait at all. On all 3 occasions I engaged with friendly and polite employees who immediately took my order each time and had me out almost immediately. I cannot stress how important this is in general but especially while on a work lunch break.

I normally don’t get breakfast at Wendy’s. This morning I ordered 2 biggie deals for 3. Each biggie deal came with a sausage biscuit and potatoes. I also ordered 2 sausage biscuits by themselves. My son bit his biscuit and it was really soft and doughy like it could’ve cooked longer. He only ate the sausage and the potatoes. I had 1 biggie deal and 2 biscuits left. I took my son to school then went back to Wendy’s. I told the ladies working that I the biscuits were really soft like they weren’t done and on top of that they were old and tasted like they were microwaved. I asked if my order could be remade and they said NO. Then I asked if I could have a refund so that I can order again and they said NO because I had already got a deal and paid less than $10 and the whole order wasn’t there. Then they said they can make croissants for me. I gave them 3 biscuits and they gave me 2 croissants. I asked why and they said because the croissants cost more than the biscuits. I just left. It doesn’t matter if I only spent $10 or even $1, it could’ve been my last. And obviously I ordered multiple biscuits to feed multiple people so why would they send me out of there with less food than I ordered? Disgusted with their customer service. These ladies were acting like they had to give me money out of their pockets or food out of their kitchens.
