Love Wendy's food. There are 2 problems with this location. Sometime they gave you old bread. A couple of times, the bread was hard. The last problem is that it stinks outside the restaurant. Sometimes, it is so bad that it takes your hunger away. I think a wearhouse around there is making something smelly.

I am never coming here to this location ever again. I felt rushed when I was ordering in the drive thru because the cashier couldn’t hear right. As I approached to the window I dropped my debit card by accident and the cashier gave me a side eye and I got an impression from her saying “hurry up and leave”. My burger didn’t look appetizing. It had onion, pickles, and mustard when I specifically told them not to put any of those vegetables and specific condiments. They need to upgrade their headsets and improve on their customer service.

The service provided by Alvaro was exceptional. His kindness and cordiality made my experience truly enjoyable. Not only did he assist me in placing my order, but he also displayed a level of professionalism that led me to believe he deserves consideration for a higher position within this establishment. His performance stood out especially when compared to the current manager, who, in my opinion, could benefit from such a positive example of customer service as demonstrated by Alvaro.

Amazed on how small the buns and pattys are at this fast food restaurant. The taste is okay nothing to impress or crave to come back if there are more options. but will be back if I don't want to drive far to get a burger. Lol. Drive thru customer service was fast on getting my order ready.

I know this is fast food. I'm not here for a wagyu burger. BUT, this location seems to serve burgers that have been sitting out under the heat lamp for a while (fries too). And, while this location is still kind of new, it's been here long enough for the employees to be able to get the orders right on a pretty consistent basis, but they're not. The Wendy's on Mountain and 9th in Upland is consistent with getting the orders correct and most of the time the burger patties are hot, juicy, with melty cheese because they seem to be made fresh. NOT the case at this location. I keep giving this location a chance but I'm the idiot. The patties are always dry, always, and they are lukewarm at best. Fries are the same way. Oh! And don't get me started on the vanilla frosties! I want them back now! ?
