Went here this morning . Got fish and chips. I could smell old oil when they gave me food. Then I could taste it in the fish. They used old oil to cook my fish. Hope you don't make this a practice. I really would not like you guys to go out of business too. My receipt says store #744. I was very unhappy with my meal.

I feel like wienerschnitzel has room to up their game its about time they modernize everything and start really pushing to be a competitor in the fast food industry. They could do so much better I feel like now is the time so you guys don't get left behind. New menu, items, new logo, new store look. Better marketing.

They forgot my corn dogs and only got my chili fries. Defeats the whole point of wienerschnitzel when you don’t even get the dogs. I moved to Canada and came back to my hometown to see family, hyped up Wienershnitzel to my husband and he didn’t even get to try it dogs. We were on the go so we couldn’t even turn around to have the order fixed. DO BETTER its not even a hard order corndogs and chilli fries. Not complicated. I normally don’t get upset over this but it was special visit that we don’t get often.

I've never been to a Wienerschnitzel, until this visit and it was GREAT! The person who took my order in the drive thru, I think his name is Nick was very helpful and attentive! The food was great!! The hot dogs fresh and tasty and the fries outstanding!Prices are decent and service was quick too! I'd definitely return!
They have a drive thru associate that has exceptional customer service skills very thorough and pleasant to deal with! Thank you!

This location is very nice and clean. The food was very good. On the negative, their computer is set to charge more than the menu lists so watch your receipts. When I challenged the worker he was completely unsure and then said the extra charge was for onions! They also don't have knifes to say cut a hot dog without a bun for the calorie conscious folks. I ordered two without buns before being told you'll have to cut it with a plastic fork. Good luck. I also asked for the two hot dogs in separate boxes for separate serving but they still shoved both in the same box. It seems they've just cut minor costs while slipping in some unannounced or documented price increases to make a few extra bucks. If you need to charge more (hopefully to pay employees) then just say it. We understand things cost more and we don't like underhanded secrets.

It was peaceful (aka empty). I noticed they had the restrooms blocked off, as if they were out of order. Then an employee pushed that aside to use the facilities and moved the chairs back to block it again when finished.So they just didn't want to let their customers use them (Not that they really had customers anyways.)The food was bad, even by weinerschnitzel standards. They gave us the wrong ice cream topping and, whats worst, I realized when I was almost done with my corn dog that the hot dog underneath was discolored,? in a mottled pattern, that I can't think of any explanation for other than WRONG! ?They hid a bad hot dog under cornbread and served it anyways!!! That's literally their entire business: hotdogs. You'd think they might NOT sell rancid ones...
