This machine is located at the end of Terminal 4 near Gate 401. It's actually a pretty cool machine that has quite a large variety of different noodle bowl options. Unfortunately, when I tried it last weekend, most of the options were sold out. I ended up ordering the Shrimp Tempura Udon and it was okay. I would say the machine was pretty cool, but the quality was not good. I would've been more satisfied eating a cup of noodle. Plus it was pretty expensive for it not being good. I paid $13. I would suggest they provide sriracha/ sauce packets with the utensils they provide. I think I would give this place another try if they had the other noodle bowl options available.

I've had this a few times here, perfect for late flights when everything is closed. Hell I like it better than the other restaurants in this terminal. They hid it in the corner near gate 401 as of Jan 2023, but that won't stop me. You have to get resourceful with the utensils though since they removed the little tray of them it had nearby.

Had this at the airport and was blown away. I want to buy these machines and place them all over. They are awesome.

Ordered Korean ramen -- beef was a bit too chewy, but veggies were ok and noodles were firm. Considering what else is available at 9PM, not too bad. I would eat again.

Saw this vending machine in passing at ONT. This time I thought I would try it. All the menu items on the electronic screen looked pretty decent. I selected the Tonkatsu Ramen for $12.99. A screen showed the cooking progress, which took a few minutes to cook. The machine gave a small box with chopsticks, spoon, fork, and napkin. When it was ready, the bowl had piping hot ramen with fixings in it. The ramen tasted pretty good, the soup was good, the cha siu in it was pretty authentic and tasty, it pretty much hit the spot. I would buy from this type of machine again, probably will try another item on the menu. The only thing is I wished I would've checked in to save $1. Go try it!

It was good but could have more flavor, slight taste of fridge. Wouldn't get again

Waited over 20min before I realized my food was never going to come out...trying to get a refund from the company is so far a huge hassle as well. Looks like I just got robbed $13.

Paid for some food, then as soon as the transaction authorized and it took my money it went into "deep cleaning" and never gave me my food. I thought that if I waited it might cough up my food after it was done, but after fifteen minutes it finished cleaning and still didn't give me the food that I paid for.

This is good as it gets in this airport. Got the pork kimchi ramen and the elements of the dish went together well. Note that all of the restaurants in the airport close at 7pm so this will be your only option--and it's open 24 hours.

Good Ramen from a vending machine in under a minute! I had the Black Garlic Oil Tonkotsu Ramen. Located after TSA on the right, near restrooms.

Got veggie tan tan. It’s $12.99. Good quality. Waited a few minutes for the noodles to be heated up. For a five star meal, it’s a good deal in Terminal 4.When taking the ramen out of the machine, move it carefully, as a small amount of hot water may drip from the opening in the container.

At Ontario airport terminal 4, my order was done but machine window won't open. Finally, when the machine opened, the bowl was overflowing with water and too heavy and too hot to take out. I carefully lifted up the bowl and placed it on the ground bc Bowl was so overflowed and hot to carry. A nice TSA person went to the bathroom and brought out a bunch of paper towels to help wipe away the spilled mess. The Tonkasu noodles were completely over watered and had no taste so I threw it away. What a waste of money, time and unnecessary stress trying not to spill the heavy overflowing noodles from paper bowl.

If you are at Ontario airport (in the terminal area) this is fabulous! I had the Taiwanese beef noodle soup which is almost as good as my mom's. This was far better than the $12 sandwich with one slice of meat and soggy piece of lettuce at SeaTac airport.
