I like to buy dealer direct fpr most things I purchase, so I read the reviews, did the research.. zgrills had pretty good info on how good they are. Not much on their customer service tho.I was between a trager and zgrill. Finally I decided on a 700d2 *new model* a bit over 700 dollars, but I figured it was worth it.Shipping was delayed due to fed ex, no worries.
