Terrible service today. I mobile ordered and came at the time when the confirmation said to arrive. They had plenty of the pretzels I ordered on display, but the cashier said come back in 10-15 minutes.I could have just ordered in person and walked right out with my order. Wasted 20 minutes of my day.

Pathetic. Refused to cut a pretzel in half due to "cross contamination". Guess they don't know how to wash their utensils. Stale pretzel dog. No mini pretzels. A laughably sad example of the franchise.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD !!!the manager Darryl some indian dude with glasses and my cashier a african american with curly hair looked stoned and was rude when I asked about the hot dog pretzels and drink combo so I can redeem to get my free pretzeldarryl just watched tv on his phone and told my cashier to tell me that they were all busy and couldn't make any.there was 5 people at the time and the cabinet was full of pretzels.so I left since no one out of the 5 employees were clearly too busy to make some more hot dog pretzels which was the only thing missing from the cabinet. never coming to this location again since they are too busy for their customers.

I'm having mixed feelings a bit this location. On Sunday, 2/5/2023, I placed a mobile order for a 5:30pm pick up. I ordered 2 snack packs which comes with 2 large nuggets, 2 pretzels, and 4 dips. It was a total of 3 large original nuggets, 1 large cinnamon sugar nuggets, 3 almond pretzels, 1 sour cream and onion pretzels, and 8 dips. Everything was hot and fresh. So amazing that I was craving it again. Fast forward to today, 2/8/2023, I placed a mobile order for 1 snack pack(2 large original nuggets, 2 almond pretzels and 4 dips) and mini pretzels dogs. My mom got there and was told they didn't get the order since their system is down so it'll be 10 minutes for the mini pretzel dogs. Ok, fine. Things happen. She got the stuff and came home. She saw 2 mini pretzel dogs and thought they were being nice since she had to wait. Cool. I grab an almond pretzel and it was rock hard! They should've made new ones since they were making the mini pretzels dogs anyways. Then I check the nuggets and they gave her 2 small cups instead of large. So yea, I got a free order of mini pretzel dogs but they screwed up all my other pretzels and I'm here feeling like I totally wasted my money. Not cool. Make sure you get a fresh pretzel so you don't waste your money.

Now, the pretzels and food here is really good, no denying that. However, I came here for a cinnamon roll, and it was cold and you can tell it wasn't fresh. I'm pretty sure this place is more focused on their pretzels rather than the Cinnabon, and I'm all for not wasting food (meaning I don't think the batches should get thrown away frequently). I'm just suggesting to keep them in a better warmer or even warm them up right before serving if they've been left out for a while. No complaints on the flavor though. I went home to microwave it, and it was so good!

Worst experience ever! Waited in line for 20+ minutes, I didn't bother waiting that long because I was craving a pretzel. When I got to the front, Catherine provided bad customer service. She had an attitude and seemed all customers were a bother. I also asked for a jalapeño pretzel and she said they didn't make custom orders at this time (6pm). People with that kind of attitude should find another job that does not require customer service. Going to wetzels pretzels next time.

This location has horrible customer service. The location is supposed to open at 11am on Sundays. I arrived around 11:10am. The door was not open, however there were 3 employees in the store and they completely ignored me. I waited for about 15 minutes. Others also came to the door during this time and were ignored. I also knocked on the door 3 times just to gauge how much longer they would be, however all 3 employees continued to ignore me. If the store is opening later than the stated time, that is fine. However, I would expect that any company with good customer service would have the decency to touch base with their customers to inform them of their status, rather than blatantly ignoring them. Absolutely disrespectful.

An employee of this location told me that the Mainplace location in Santa Ana is gone forever; I grew up with that stand. I love it and miss it, but hey this new location is better than I remembered. The original pretzel and lemonade duo are simply irresistible.
