I went to pick up a cake that was ordered and PAID 2 days in advance for my niece's birthday and when it arrived it turned out that they didn't do it, how dare they do that with customers, they have no ethics, unprofessional people like that It's possible that one trusts their work and with what they get, the manager didn't even answer the phone when I called her to come forward, they made me waste my time, we had to go looking for a last minute cake, all because of her lack of professionalism... No. I recommend it…

These people need to get a clue as well. I walked in with a friendly smile, actually gave a little friendly wave to the lady behind the counter. Another lady and man walk up instead with zero greeting, trying to help me as transactionally as possible for a human. All I can say is that the closer you are to Santa Ana, the more feral the majority demographic of the locals are. I have yet to be proven wrong- and it’s a point I never had any interest in proving since the time I moved to this general region. It’s just a sad fact, from my unfortunate experience.

Honestly can never go wrong with Baskin Robbins. Service is super quick. The shop kind of looks like the corner of a mall food court because it's combine with a Togo's. Only thing that deters me is it closes at 9pm during the week day.

Service is fine.But wow! The portions are getting smalller and smaller. I understand that the cost of business is going up but at this rate I'll be paying nearly $20 for a 2 scoop in a cup and a 3 scoop sundae.I say nearly $20 because I tip the employees for helping me. The 2 scoop is usually larger because it's not a sundae I'm assuming. The 3 scoop sundae used to be packed so that the lid would smash the whipped cream when put in. The employee might be making them to big, I get it, but now when they put the lid on theres a whole lot of room to spare. I'm sorry but their price is to high for that. Im going to ask the owner about it. His response will determine if I ever go back.

So I went and got my yearly Peanut Butter and chocolate milk shake thick. Mmmm I hate how pricey they are these days but I Am a sucker for at least 1a year. I can make them myself but I usually want one when it's extra hot and I'm running around doing errands and what not. I'm always in this area but have yet to go to this location for my shake. Well I know now I wasn't missing anything. The guy who is working right now I didn't catch his name in his early 20's dark hair and glasses is anything but customer service oriented. It was like awkward af trying to just do basic communication w him, I was annoyed at first because he came off extremely rude, I asked for my shake on thicker side not in watery side...he said ok watery side( ok he didn't hear me so I said no on thicker side...no biggie easy enough) but then he seemed puzzled about this. I just let him do his thing but first bothered him about s restroom (I'm ubering and need to use it while I can) "do you guys have a restroom I can use please?" He says nothing and just points down the hall with his hand and finger .. I said. "Umm ok thank you" when I turned down the hall and resched the bathroom he held only his hand out with the key on a blue cloth like string with the bathroom key on it."I took the key and the. Just some my head because it was so abnormal for a place to have employees with this behavior I mean he isn't big on human interaction.Then I asked for whip cream on my shake which Baskin Robbins you should just include and not charge extra for because these shakes are ridiculously priced anyhow and have been for years. And if I'm going to pay this much for a treat I'd like to at least not have to worry someone spit in it ....at the very very least they should come with that peace of mind !!!!! UghI just want to. clarify the shake was wonderful and no issues with restaurant cleanliness or appearance my 2 stars are because of the customer service ....had the shake been yuck it would have been 1 star.

So today I decided to take my boys out for ice cream. Usually we go here, and always get good service but today it was bad. The guy with long hair and glasses had an attitude. He complained about the quart ig ice cream I asked him to pack, like if I wasn't going to pay extra to get it freshly packed. There is an option. Then he said "well I don't see any pre-packed, unfortunately." And then rolled his eyes. Then he packs my quart and to my surprise when I get home, it's packed half way!! Then he complained about having to count the cash I gave him to pay for my ice cream! My total came out to almost 40 dollars so I gave him 8, 5 dollar bills. He looked at the cash and said, "Jesus Christ." It must have been too much work for him to actually use his brain. People like that should not work in customer service. I didn't get his name, but I won't allow him to serve me again.

I WENT TO 31 FLAVORS A COUPLE HOURS OR SO AGO AND MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED ICE CREAM, ITS REALLY HOT WEATHER, I TOLD THE GIRL THERE WAS NO MINT CHIP IN THE COOLER SO SHE WENT TO THE BACK AND CAME BACK WITH ONE SAYING ITS THE LAST ONE. I SAID THANK U AND WE LEFT. WE GOT HOME AND MY HUSBAND STARTED TO EAT HIS JAMOCHA ALMOND FUDGE, IT WAS REALLY GOOD ! BUT !! WHEN I OPENED MINE ! I WAS SO P - OFF !! IT WAS OLD !!AND CLEARLY HAD BEEN MELTED AND RE - FROZEN !! IT TASTED HORRIBLE !! I DIDNT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT 31 FLAVORS EVER AGAIN. !!! NEVER AGAIN !! FROM - VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!.

Terrible services. Attached with TOGO’s sandwich shop and lady who wear TOGO’s hat had horrible attitude. I asked for regular side for taking home (the biggest) and asked how many flavors i could choose, and she was like “oh my gosh, only one flavor”. Literally, i quoted what she said. On top of not getting this ridiculous policy i never heard, her attitude was so horrible! Never going back again.

Worst experience at this place employee was very rude and unprofessional I been comeing to this place for years. I don't know if new employee but was arguing with my wife about the wrong flover of ice cream he made. very disrespectful was talking back I told him you don't talk back to customer. Customer always right I had to stay calm asian guy was even pushing girl employee soo rude they need to retraining this guy someone is going hurt this guy.
