You can't go wrong with BJs, although I don't care for Pepsi products, they have good specialty drinks. The service was amazing & fast. It was a great way to start the day! Sliders 10/10, surf n turf 10/10, pizza 10/10!

Service, Awesome. Our server, Juliet, provided an exquisite service. I’m still shook that she had provided me with the smoothest refill I have ever received in my life. Finished my drink and before I knew I had a new cup and straw before I had looked down for a sip. Give her a raise

First and foremost, maybe I'm too picky, but if not one but TWO menus are disgustingly gross, then I'm good because who is to say that the dishes are clean?...or anything else for that matter. Not to mention the table we sat at was dirty... to top it all off, I asked a vanilla creme soda. Our waiter brought me an orange and said, "we are out of vanilla.." Here. Then, they proceeded to tell they were out of cherry as well. Okay, fine, no big deal, but OFFER at least something else or say I brought this because we are out of vanilla, but I'm willing to get you something else if you like. Again, maybe I'm picky, but that was it for me. So in all honesty I couldn't tell you about the food or the service because we left. I did speak with a manager and will return because of her. But one more shot is all they get.

This is a rough one. The food was eh. I'll even give them credit for being a party of 9, however, it should t take 45 minutes from the first meals hitting the table to the last food hitting the table. It's super awkward when everyone has been eating for a while, and the one person has to just wait. Then when they get here it's dropped on the table with such an attitude that you almost feel bad for the server. The lack of training is apparent. The food wasn't terrible, but being so delayed probably contributed to its demise. It all really boiled down to the service. It was awful. When you bring pizza to the table, then take 20 minutes to bring plates, that's just a disgrace. The manager did come over and attempt to make things right, but to some extent it feels like an empty promise. Probably will never be back to this location. Beer was delicious though.

The Conscientious Critique

Had a lunch here shortly after opening, so I can say with experience, you have most issues when you are the first ones being served… The appetizer of spinach artichoke dip was good. No issues there. The salad wedge came out incorrect on first attempt, then second attempt was a fix as well, but we got it sorted out and was pretty good. The caesar salad wasn’t bad, but small for the extra $6. The chicken fettuccine came out and was flavorful and a good portion. The Spicy Peanut chicken Pasta came out tasting like the sea… The sodium level on that dish was mouth puckering and heart attack prompting. We switched to the same chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it came out great. Ordered the cookie with vanilla ice cream scoop on side. GREAT! Cookie was hot and delicious and the ice cream had a great vanilla flavor. It was a bit quiet in the establishment, but it had just opened. Clean and had zero wait time. Around $50 per person with a shared appetizer, sides, entrees and shared desert. Worth that price point, well, not in my humble opinion based on experience (should have made good on mistakes)and sizing. But, acceptable. Return anytime soon, not likely. Other choices nearby with lower price-points and delicious foods. - 1 star for generic response with no accountability for not having amazing service and products.

Katie was amazing! We had ordered a pazooki and they had messed up so they took longer than usual. Katie was so nice and even offered us a drink while we had to wait. We were a bit irritated but she honestly made us feel better!Parking: Plenty of spots

Made reservations for 13 at 6 PM. When we got to the restaurant they didn’t have anything ready for us and told us it’ll be an hour and a half wait. Not realistic when we have five toddlers with

Out with the family to celebrate son's birthday lunch time on a Saturday. Not to bad on seating right away today. Most of the time have to wait for a few minutes before seating. Always come to this location love their atmosphere food and service. Usually great place to hang out to eat at a fair price and big variety of food . Today was not to impress with the food. Appetizers were good ordered the Ahi Poke and the Avocado Egg Rolls. Their new drink the Boba licious Mango Sparkler was wanting to try it out. They make it seem its a great drink was not to impress with it. My son order the prime rib, medium rare. Looked like it was well done, taste it was ok. The California Chicken Club lacked on need of some kind of dressing to dry. At to top it off we ordered a Classic Prime Rib Dip Sandwich . And the dip wasn't served till almost 15 minutes later, by the way it was a bit salty as well. Bacon Cheese Burger and the BJ's Classic Pizza were great. But nothing to do with our friendly and kind waiter named Charlie. Manager on duty did come and apologize on minor incident of missing Dip for the Sandwich. And also adjusted it on our bill. Not a great experience today.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy. We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. The service was good and we received all of our orders in a timely fashion. The food and drinks were good, nothing amazing but still good. We got a few different types of margaritas and they were all good, my favorite was the lavender margarita.
