Like that this place stays open late. For me, the Blaze chain it beats out Pieology and Pizza Press with the arugula finishing option, but if not t for that, it would be pretty much the same.

Do not come to this location for dine in. Had to wait 10 minutes when there was no line due to mobile orders. Staff seems inconvenienced by two people wanting an in person order. Food was good but not good enough to excuse the wait/service. Each step of the process came a 5 minute wait because the staff was too preoccupied with other tasks. Not even a simple "I'm so sorry I'll be with you as soon as I can."

Very open and clean environment. The system they have is like a food line for the topping request. You watch as they place each fresh topping on the 11-inch pie. No limit to the amount of toppings. It's then baked in a flame oven. Get their app for rewards. The pizza and service were delicious. I will go back for sure.

Walked in to this blaze in a great mood, but while I was standing in line for a little bit and was not greeted by anyone. 3 or 4 mobile orders were waiting on the counter and there was 6 people behind the counter working. They proceeded on with mobile orders as the line got longer. I asked the girl (Monica) if it was normal for them to just let the customers in front of them stand here while they all worked on mobile orders. She ignored me, so I asked again…She said yea it was and someone would be right with us. I proceeded to ask her to speak to a manager and she said she was the one in charge. At that point I figured it was a lost cause. Monica’s customer service and respect, or should I say lack there of is terrible. I would like to say that Anthony was very friendly and clearly does not follow by example. He was respectful and seemed happy to be there. If you are looking for pizza I would search another location perhaps because vibe and overall customer service is enough to not come again.

Two people in particular. Monica, who is particularly rude. If I could award the worst possible customer service to someone it would be her. She literally has a line of people in front of her and doesn't even acknowledge them. Instead they make mobile orders and make the customers in front of them wait. When asked about it she just ignored the question and acted like she didn't hear anyone talking. For the sake of the business they should find a new employee. On the other hand, Anthony was great. Good customer service and friendly. Overall the staff is not engaged, poorly managed, and if you're planning on getting a custom pizza you should look to other options rather than come to this place. I hope the owner of this place reads these comments and actually does something about it. It would be terrible to see a restaurant close because of bad management and employees.

Just visited this location like I have many times and envisioned grabbing a pizza and beer to find out there is is no beer! This same located was out of beer two weeks ago and two weeks prior to that. What is going on? How can consecutively they run out of 4 differ tap beers for a month? Is the ball being dropped by a manger not relaying a sticking issue?

I ordered the custom pizza through the Yelp app. It was timely in being done and was warm and delicious. They give you lots of item options to make it personalized. They offer vegan and gluten free options as well. Price was decent. Crust is thin but not burnt.
