The main manager there is very very rude I understand that it was pi Day but there's no necessity to be rude. Customer services always number one making the customer feel comfortable and welcomed.

Awesome pizza located at the circle of orange on the corner. Custom make your pizza or choose from their menu. Pizza is oven baked and served with a smile. Highly recommend.

We ordered two pizzas for takeout. One was supposed to be vegan but it was not. It was half vegan and half regular cheese and meat. There is no direct line to the restaurant so you can only submit a complaint online. Extremely frustrating and the food we did get that was correct wasn’t good.

Omg, I was so impressed by the service I got last night at late 9pm wednesday night. no one was around and I did see that they had their chairs up. the guy who was cleaning had told me that they arent serving but the girl behind the counter was like " come on in" i got my regular combo pizza. she was great and sweet with the ingredients. she ran the whole darn front by herself. making my pizza, cleaning, taking pizza put of oven. heating up the dessets I got for the bf. and rang me up. sadly... she said they arent allowed to take tips. which made me sad. I have never been more impressed with service before. I wish I took her name down. anyways. the girl who was working the front area late 9ish on Jan 31st wednesday night at blaze orange circle pizza, you def deserve a raise. You were so kind, such a boss, the place was looking dapper... my pizza was good. anyway, THIS IS MY FAVE BLAZE.

Original crust here is very thin and pressed out on a machine. It's hard to taste the dough as mine was very biscuit like. The tomato sauce, aka "Red" has a few herbs and some sugar or sweeter in it. Slightly thin on the cheese (thick cut is more of a problem to guess correctly). It's ok for fast pizza. Would not go out of my way to buy again.

Twice I've gone to this location at 1030am because that's when my lunch break is and doors are locked. Not returning again

PIZZA LOVERS BEWARE! This location is "Not as it was" in the early years of opening . The rules of pizza engagement have changed, they are now skimping on BYO pizza topping volume leaving for massive void on the so called pie itself, this is a disappointment. They really should eliminate the idea of build your own at this location because the service team will not allow patrons to add "more cheese" or give you sides such as olives, of hot peppers... those were the days when there were actually patrons and a good pizza experience. Now it's "we don't do that"...,"this and that". I suppose if you just want bread with a few strands of cheese and a drop of sauce then this is the place for you. Bathroom smells horrendous. Owners need to address.

Been a regular for a couple months but I've about had it with this rude employee. He was never nice to me or my friends but we've just tolerated him as the months go by. But on December 29th was the final straw.I go to order a build your own THICK crust pizza and the lady knows and acknowledges this and we proceed to build the pizza. I checkout and sit down getting ready to eat it. I look at my friends pizza and notice the crust is the same thickness as mine and he got the regular build your own. I know that I did not get the thick so I go up to hopefully get the issue fixed.I go up and kindly ask the employee that I asked the lady in the front of the line for a build your own thick crust and I said it looks very thin and isn't a thick crust like I'm used to. He checks out the paper under the pizza and says thick crust isn't marked. I said okay maybe she forgot to mark it? I heard her acknowledge my request though.I just ask the employee if I can get a new pizza with the thick crust because this isn't what I ordered. Then he proceeds to go into a whole rant and guilt trip the customer. He starts off by saying I will have to go into the back of the line and start over, then I will have to get my credit card recharged, and then he was saying "Do you really want a perfectly good pizza to go to waste"? Excuse me?I work in the restaurant industry and we would NEVER do this. We would just just apologize for the mistake and get the customer a new item. We would never ever guilt trip the customer and shame them for wanting the thing they asked for. Couldn't believe this.As I didn't want to start a fight with him, I just said okay I will eat this instead. My issue was not resolved and I'm unhappy with this outcome. When I also asked for a water cup he rudely told me to get ONLY water and not soda. Called the location directly about this and they said this is what the owner tells them to do. Not sure if thats following franchise protocol? Obviously I get that some people steal and get soda from a water cup but to just tell everyone that up front and make them seem like dirt bag criminals is just not cool.

This was a first time at this location it has a nice atmosphere where we enjoyed eating on the outside tables. The ingredients looked fresh and pizza ordering the build your own came out delicious. Although this was my first time to this blaze I have visited several other blaze locations and have not encountered any of them to deny my request ony build your own to have mozzarella on the top so was disappointed that this location said they would not put cheese on top

First off, they have a tasty cauliflower gluten-free crust pizza available. Many pizza parlors don't, and I need it due to Celiac disease. The build-your-own is the way to go. They have a ton of ingredients, so can get exactly what you want. The service is fast and friendly. It also is located right on the historic Orange Plaza, so you get a fantastic view of the old town center, and is a perfect place to people watch, and to see the happenings, like guys driving their classic or other interesting cars around the traffic circle.Parking can be difficult, but I can usually find a space within a block. There is a public parking lot south of Chapman, heading east from the circle.
