Used to come here all the time. Kenzie was the best. We used to the code on the phone to pay only which was cool. Then I noticed we have to scan it to do everything. Ordering food, drinks etc. the point of going out to dinner is to get served not have to do everything myself. Disappointed and will not be coming back her anymore. Recommend going to Buffalo Wild Wings elsewhere where you get served.

Ordered takeout, the wings were cold with little to no sauce, fries were hard and crunchy like they re cooked old fries. I also added I'd like 5 ranch dip and it only came with one. My kids were excited to get Bdubs tonight and we are all Unsatisfied with the food. Won't be coming back to this location again. Save your money and go to a different location

Went in on 3/28 at around 1:45. No one was at the greeter position. I walked over to the togo area. Again, no one there. Saw two employees chatting off in the seating area. They weren’t looking for customers coming in and didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. I left and I’m not going back.

Got there and were seated at the bar forcefully basically. Then we got seated and had to ask for a menu. Waited 20 minutes and never got our order taken or even asked if we wanted something to drink, so we just left poor bar girl. Has to take orders and make drinks for the whole place. They need more people at the bar Area. Never going there again.

Picked up an order for a team engagement meeting. Order was perfect, extra napkins and ranch as request. I would highly recommend this location, great service and follow through. Thank you BWW!!

Got there 5 minutes after my mobile order was to be ready. Got here and someone said they would grab it. It's been more than 20 minutes and I have yet to hear from anyone. Can't get the waitress or Bartender to help to save my life. Go elsewhere.

Always was a bit pricy but the staff and atmosphere made up for it. Since they moved to the self-order and (I assume) cut the staff, you go forever without seeing

Tried calling just now to place an order and someone picked up and hung up on me twice without even saying hello. 3rd time I called someone just picked up the phone and left it off the hook.

Appetizers really small and extremely expensive and no it is not the inflation.8 onions rings: 1 big and 7 small paying over the 12dlls and nachos over 7 dlls when in most restaurants are free.Serving 30 wings with only two small pieces of celery en 3 babies carrots..was joke..no!! It is real.

No value bundles for dine in guests? Their 6 piece with fries and veggies is $10 but there is no option for ordering the same when dining in.The price for the same is $14 but for only 6 traditional wings?!Does this make sense?

I went there on 1/20/24.We were told to order through the app with our phones. I ordered for my party and did not have any issues until the end. I was told i would pay through the app, there was no need to see the server (even if i wanted to, she was not very attentive). I paid and we got up and left. We then get called as she runs screaming we have an open tab. I looked at her and was confused since we had paid, well we go back just for them to accuse us of not paying, i told them i even took a screen shot of payment confirmation. Then they proceed to tell me that their system was down so I should pay again. This made no sense since she could’ve told me that I would have to pay with her instead of the app. There was customers and everyone just watching us as half the team go up to us and start saying we didn’t pay. It took the manager to reload the tablet to then tell me oh you did pay. “ your good” no apology or anything, we left embarrassed and confused as to why dint they tell me ahead of time instead of making this awkward moment for us.
