Walked in to place a order for a teriyaki chicken plate , gave my card to the young lady to pay for my order , the card reader machine was having issues, so she called EDDIE” behind the kitchen and he was rude in answering , told me cancel my order . No customer service skills what so ever. I had Apple Pay, but refused to eat due to his attitude. Walked across the street to Jack . Least they have great customer service .Not returning again.

Amazing service and even better food!! I’ve been coming here for years!!! Pricing is good in my opinion. I’ve always gotten the chicken teriyaki plates so I appreciate the consistency of great taste! The shrimp tempura is also really really good!! I just wish they came with more than 3 lol overall great food and service!

Came here right now at 6:48 and the doors are open it says closes at 7 and the man in the kitchen said he closed up already honestly so annoying lock the doors if your trying to close early

Be wear of this place. They charge me $27 for a large teriyaki chicken bowl. I told them no rice and they charge me $1.25 not to put rice. This place is gulging people for their money to feed there family. I will never come back here. Some body lie about putting 4-5 stars on this place. Bad customer service as well there some Crooks.Vegetarian options: Bad business ripping people off. I guess the need money to feed there family.

Great experience. I ordered the chicken bento box. The lettuce was crisp. The California rolls were made that day. For another looking for a "hamburger alternative", meal, I would highly recommend California Teriyaki Grill in Orange.

Went for lunch after driving by so many times and smelling it. Smelled so good made me gingery every time I went by Went in Hungary and with high hopes. Unfortunately it was quite disappointing Service to order was slow, even though there were only 3 customers in the place. I guess that should have been an indicator especially right at lunch time I finally ordered my 13$ chicken bowl and waited....and waited. ..... and waited. Again there were only 3 of us in the restaurant so it's not like they were backed up I got my order and asked for extra teriyaki and some hot sauce. The girl behind the counter acted like she was doing me a favor Say down to eat and noticed the chicken was warm at best and undercooked. I took it to the counter to ask for a more cooked hot order. Again attitude from the girl. She actually stuck her finger in the food and said it felt ok to her holly $hit! Never seen that before. She returned the food to the cook and I could see him scowling at me the whole time he was "cooking" my order I ended up just leaving and going to Jack in the Box across the street Bottom line is I can't adequately review the food since I didn't have the guts to eat what was being prepared I certainly will not return!

I would not recommend this place simply for the customer service and prices. A small chicken bowl is $9 + tax. The cashier was rude and unfriendly. I would recommend Tikiyaki down the street on Tustin. They have lunch special (include drink) for $8.29. The staff os friendly and the food portion is generous.

Ordered from here on uber eats. Food was great! Ordered a chicken bento box. Chicken had a nice char, rice was soft, lettuce was not wilted, shrimp tempura/dumpling was nice and crispy as well. Tasted very fresh. Will be going here more often!

This is the perfect neighborhood quick sushi pick up place. For several months now every Friday we've been getting sushi from here, the portions are generous, the fish is fresh and the rolls are delicious. Everyone in my family including the 13-year-old, 17-year-old and two adults enjoy the food from this restaurant.
