I came with my family it was kinda busy and when we came in a woman with glasses name marlin which was in her name tag greeted us with a frawn we didn't feel welcome at all she left to the back and a guy took our order he was super nice I love his attitude his name was Edgar he deserves a raise but what upset us was that the kid was struggling with takinh all the orders while the manger in the back laughing with the3 cooks in the back

Thanks for the old ice cream that was full of ice crystals in my milkshake. You ruined it. It was expensive too. You guys suck. I know you knew it was there but you served it to me anyway. Terrible Carl's Jr.

This Drink machine has been out of service for months. The Franchisees is failing to do their job maintaining this Carl’s Junior. The staff is excellent, the food great, but OC Burger Boys is failing to keep this restaurant to Carl’s Jr Standards. They must invest in this Carl’s Jr…Parking: Franchise must resurface lot.
