Since they support our community we gotta support chick-fil-a! Lets start with the easy in app ordering, its fast and easy to claim your rewards and do a pickup order and the app even times your location so they will start cooking the meal when your close by the location to make sure its made fresh upon arrival. The app is also very accurate lets you pick each condiment you want per item, like i was surprised they let me pick unsalted waffle fries and get salt packets so I can season them to how I want them. One thing i didn't see though is the option to make the fries extra crunchy by frying it longer. But chicken sandwich served perfect like always and only problem was since i order for pickup in advance i didn't see the well done extra crispy option but when i order in takeout I can typically ask them for extra crispy in person. The ambiance of the place was very clean especially for a fast food joint and restrooms were kept clean as-well which is quite impressive for a fast food joint. Props to them they got my order perfectly and i was very specific with every condiment and each item was there in order, got 2 chick-fil-a sauce, 2 mayo, 2 ketchup, salt, pepper packets and each came perfectly.

Alllrighty then! (That was in my Ace Ventura voice lol) Here's the details. I discovered that I love the sweet tea at Chick-fil-A. Who would have thought that the sweet tea was that good at this fast food chain?? I've ordered sweetened tea at plenty of places and this one was far superior to the others. I love how sweet it was! My Waffle Potato Chips were under cooked. Just looking at them, you could tell something was off lol They didn't have a golden, crispy, fried look. They were looking like pale white potatoes in a box lol The macaroni and cheese was good. Although, it wasn't as good as other locations. Most of the time the macaroni and cheese has a real cheese crust on top. This one did not have that and it was just the cheese sauce. It needed the extra cheese on top. I guess my experience was so-so overall.

I have been eating at Chik fil A for nearly thirty years and have always had great customer service until this location. I was berated for asking if I could use the bathroom while they were cleaning. The worker asked if I could see the sign, and why I couldn't read.

Their service was incredible! Special shout-out to my home girl Edalith! She a real one! She went around asking if people needed refills and came around with a tray with sauces! Definitely amazing service, all the workers were incredible as we came in a group of 30 people.

I enjoyed dining at Chick-fil-A. The food was delicious. My granddaughter and I stopped in to grab a bite and were totally satisfied. The cashier was helpful to us in making a decision on our order. The place was clean (tables, etc), a representative brought our food to us in a timely manner and asked if we required anything further, and there was always a representative if we needed something else. Nice atmosphere and "kid friendly." I recommend this spot.Parking: Not a lot of parking spots on the premises.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. They even have small size orders, especially for kids
Why I made this one star review is that 1. They get my order wrong all the time 2. Their food is not good (not good quality) 3.The employees IS NOT PROFESSIONAL (they always get my bill wrong and it takes 10 minutes to figure it out) 4. I asked if EVERYTHING was in my bag but when my sister and I got home There were stuff missing I would TOTALLY not recommend this place
WORST CHIC FIL A EVER. Every time i go they always get my order wrong. i didn't get any sauces or my salad dressing. the workers aren't professional and when i asked if everything was in my bag they proceeded to tell me yes and they got it wrong. worst chic fil a.

I do not understand why you cannot see a menu in the drive-through. I have not been to youestablishment for a while. I didn’t know what I was going to get. The gentleman asked me what I wanted and I told him I didn’t know where is the menu? He looked at me like I was crazy. it was like I put him out to walk 10 feet to go get me a menu. There was a line behind me so I looked at it very briefly. Once I drove up a little farther, the big menu boards were up and I was able to look at those. I had already paid for my food. But I just want you to know that you lost about $43 more in sales because there were things on there that I saw that I would’ve liked to have tried. And just to be petty it’s March 6 and you still have Christmas lights up and your windows are still painted for Christmas. Bah humbug.
