The gentleman that helped may I wish I knew his name he seemed like a great employee but the woman with two braids flirting with her coworker at the end who took up my order at the cashier ruined the experience for me. Plus there's mostly rice not meat!

Walking in was very welcoming the location was very clean and organized. The workers at the time of visit were very friendly and helpful. The manager on at the time was I believe Liliana amazing customer service and very great at her job. Got my 1 yr old steak and she asked if it was for my son as she was in the cashier position I told her yes and she suggested the chicken or carnitas instead because the steak was a little spicy so we got him chicken instead. thanks Liliana for making our visit an enjoyable one.

The food is pretty good..always a quick and good meal. The scoops are not consistent and maybe they need to have at least 1 meat on the menu that is not "spicy" for young children.

Service was horrible , lady with a neck tattoo had a cara de fuchi didn't even hook it up every scoop was half a scoop had to ask her for another scoop. On top of that I found a fly/bug in my bowl I hope I don't get sick lmao bad service also food was mad cold smh

This location is not it. I ordered for pick up today 10/17 and my taco I ordered was leaking at the bottom of the bag and leaked all in my car. Never going here again.
I don't write reviews but this was worth it. Chicken was cold and rice wasn't cooked all the way through. I stopped to save my stomach.Don't go

Ordered 10/12/23 7:07pm. Burrito was wrapped so poorly that the burrito leaked into the paper bag and fell out on onto the pavement in the parking structure that I was in. The burrito made contact with the pavement so it became unsafe to eat.

I have been coming to Chipotle approximately once a week for several years. A month or so ago, their ice machine stopped working. I came in today, thinking it would surely be fixed, but it is still broken. The assistant manager said they need to get approval from Chipotle to buy a new ice machine. I asked for a drink from the cooler, but there is Nothing there that is sugar free. I tried sending a report to Chipotle through their website, but it would not go through to submit it. I will NOT be coming back to Chipotle. The lack of customer service is horrendous!

I was shocked as I visited this store, the place is filthy, the food is pathetic and the menu is vague. I paid over $16 for a bowl of food crumbs with no drink, obscenly over priced and very nasty staff.

I was somewhat disappointed at ordering an all veggie bowl. I had to keep asking for more beans, rice, and veggies. I made it clear that I would pay extra and no one seemed to know how to handle it. I asked for a manager and was told they weren't available. The staff really needs to have an understanding of Xtra veggies and NO meat.Vegetarian options: Extra veggies and no meat!
