Have not been to a Chuck E Cheese in 20 years, and I went a lot back then. Decided to take grandkids. WOW, what a disappointment. John's incredible pizza was better on service, games, and food. To bad management and corporate care little of their stores.

My Grandson loves cheese land!He likes playing all of the games and when chucky comes out he is very happy!BUT It was all ok until we went the last time.They were yelling at my grandson for screaming! He is a kid.

By far the most crowded Chuck E I've been too. Packed with yelling teenagers, running, many of whom were crowding onto the games. A good 30% of the games were broken too. AC must've been out because it was hot too. I bought two 60-minute cards but only lasted 15 minute. The attendant said I could pause the card and come back later, but it turns out that was not totally. It only applies the same day. My kids did not like it. They were being shoved. Nobody stamped our hands and there seemed to only be 2 people working the exit and register. Terrible location.

It's really hard to review - on the one hand this location is clean, the food decent, and the show is fun, but they are so understaffed that it really puts a damper on the experience-on this visit (we've been here twice in the last month) one of the prize registers was down, with the same person manning the front cashier-they were so overwhelmed they couldn't monitor the entrance/exit!

We got a large cheese pizza, salad bar and 60 minutes of playtime. The pizza wasn’t the best, a little over done; salad bar was as watered down because the ice surrounding the toppings and dressing was getting into the containers (yuck). They didn’t have a good selection of games for our 4 year old, but she did have fun trying. We typically go to a different Chuck E Cheese but people have gotten food poisoning there recently so we decided not to go there…On a positive note it was pretty clean and the staff was kind.
