The food here is always great, I had the Rocky Balboa today. It's in a very industrial area and has limited indoor seating, but I was driving by and thought I would stop in. They are very popular and have many phone/web orders, so don't let the crowd fool you, the wait is very long for walk in orders. This time the front counter forgot to call my name once my order was ready, so I ended up waiting an extra ten minutes on top of the expected 20 minutes. Thirty minutes is just plain too long for a workday lunch. In spite of the tasty food, I have to scratch them off my list.

This place is nestled in the business area of Orange right in front of a Boars Head Provisions warehouse. They sell deli sandwiches that are served up in their delicious bread. I got the sausage and peppers sandwich and bottled Coke. It was a good amount of sandwich for a 6" and it was tasty reminding me of basically of marinara sandwich. It was good not spectacular, but good. I would like to try more. I also ordered some potato salad that was just average and some potato chips. Service was order at the counter and be given a number and get your food at your table routine. There was a small say 10-20 people capacity inside dining and maybe another 10-20 more outside patio dining. Verdict - I'd wanna like this but I feel it could be a notch better. That said, I'd like to try something else someday here.

My absolute FAVORITE place in Orange. Favorite sandwiches: the Cortina's Special, Rocky Balboa, and Fireball. Their meatball is great, too!
Ive been coming here for several years to the orange location. I always order the pastrami. For some reason the last two times I ordered pastrami it has had no flavor. The pastrami was dry and the sandwich was bland with just mustard, pickle and meat. Its an expensive 6" sandwich that is just mediocre. Maybe I need to try another sandwich.
