The drive thru is supposed to be open when I arrived but nobody came into the intercom. Also there is a bunch of little bugs surrounding the area. It makes me uncomfortable to eat the food here. Food is not that good anyway. It's only because it is convenient that I had chosen to eat here but most of the time they don't get my order correct or they are very stingy with the ingredients. I highly suggest you go to another place.It's not worth going for mediocre food. That is most likely going to be wrong.

The last 5 times I came here the order was wrong or they forgot stuff in the bag. It's my fault, I never check. It's totally my responsibility to make sure the order is in the bag. Complete INCOMPETENCE at this location. 2.5 stars TOTALLY makes sense.

Service is rude and it usually takes 5 minutes to get your order even after you get to the drive thru window. I don't see any adults working just teenagers. I know it's not an easy job or location to work at because I live in the neighborhood, but the attitude is given out more often than the hot sauce, which you have to remind them to give you after you ask.

As a former Del Taco employee(95' to 98') this store is the biggest disgrace to the food chain. Horrible rude/unprofessional service. Stale fries. Skimp meat portions on their burritos and quesadillas. 7/10 visits our order are incorrect or missing an item. I really dislike coming here but I like only a light away. If there's no traffic I'd rather go to the one on Rio Vista and Lincoln because the other store on tustin and the 55fwy also blows. If I were to give any advice to the owners of these stores is please try not hiring low lives that don't take their miniscule job seriously.
