People seem to love this place but in my opinion, it is ridiculously expensive for fast food. I got 2 Jr cheeseburgers, 1 regular fry, and 2 regular drinks and the bill was $38!! I could not believe that. For that price I could have gone to many other burger joints for a larger and better burger (The Stand in Tustin, Hopdoddy in Tustin, Eureka in Irvine, even Red Robin in Orange). This is straight up fast food...it should not cost $12-$14 for a single burger with no fries and no drink.I ate here at noon on Friday and the place was EMPTY for a "lunch rush". There was prob 2 other people in the entire restaurant.The food taste fine. It wasn't great by any means but it was not bad. I enjoyed it.the fries were super soggy , which I was really bummed about. I did like their soda machine though...love all the drink choices.

The burgers were great. The service was okay. Inside the establishment was dirty, the outside area was filthy.I can live with all of that until it came for the bill. For 4 people. 4 burgers, 2 orders of fries, and 3 drinks....total cost was over 80 bucks. I filled my own drink cups. I pumped the ketsup into cups. I cleaned the tabletop outside.

Ordered two hamburgers ??, fries?. Quality taste 3/4, burgers were somewhat put together 'sloppily.' They gave us a large portion of fries (we liked that), unfortunately most of the Fries were cooked too much, robbing them of there real taste.
I do gig delivery sometimes. Well, how do you tell fast food personnel that customer service applies to everyone who walks in as, or on behalf of, a legit patron? You’d think a basic greeting was beneath people who flip greasy burgers all day. Imagine that. A person who’s side gig facilitates your business having twice as many customers is the #1 guest you can’t bother to extend basic customer service to? God I appreciate Google reviews. Management is rarely on hand to train or observe these employees.

What a disappointment. I read a list of what my wife and I wanted, then handed the list to the cashier to make sure it's right. Ordered tomatoes, got none. Ordered lettuce. What is this green thing? Hamburgers can't be that hard to make. Five Guys used to do better. What happened?

I had always heard of five guys. Never ever bother to try it until recently on a Friday night with my family. We all enjoyed our meals. To my surprise they have delicious hot dogs and fries. A must to try.
