Best pancakes in the World! The simplicity and deliciousness of Perfect pancakes is here. I wish I could have shared this breakfast place with my parents as it reminds me of my mothers breakfasts. The Chicken Fried Steak is A+ and Waffles are Amazing!! To be enjoyed on occasion, we enjoy eating here about 5x per year, makes it super special. Best place in the Region! Not great for the waist, but great for the soul! Enjoy

Hostess is rude. Waitress didn't know how to split a check. There is no parking. Food is ok. Speed of service is ok. Will not eat there again because of the customer service and parking.

Stuffed French Toast was amazing. Portions are big you shouldn't leave hungry. Service was fast and the servers are attentive. I will definitely be returning and have recommended several people I know.

Yes, the food is okay...Super busy, and the kitchen may be a bit backed up because my food was served cold... It's just not hot. Here's my issue. I wanted to purchase just ONE banana pancake. Not allowed. I had to purchase 3 with an additional price for 2 eggs and a meat. Management, your customers choose to eat at your establishment, and with so many other places to eat, reconsider this ban. Give us options to buy the specialty pancakes not forcing us to buy 3 for 15.00. I just wanted to buy ONE! and I thought they came with wallets it's actually pecans. I asked to speak to a manager regarding my suggestions to offer specialty items for a price, but you never showed. Yes, you're busy and popular, but lets not forget we chose to spend our money at Flappys. Therefore, let's welcome options with a smile.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dining at this place. I ordered a gyro skillet with EXTRA gyro meat. Then they bring me this egg skillet with 3 pieces of gyro? Lol. The manager briannda, came to my table explaining to me that all their portions are weight out. I asked what the weight is supposed to be, she couldn't tell you more than her first name how educated she is. Absolutely 0 % of willing to help especially when I PAID for extra meat. I will never dine at this place ever again, worst service, horrible customer support. You're better off going to dennys where they won't cheap out on you especially when you PAY for extra portions. The only positive note I will mention is my server Daniel was nice and nothing completely was in his hands. Don't waist your time coming here.
