My husband and I are from the Orange area so when we were planning our engagement party we wanted to use a local business. After searching we decided to go with Gourmet Lovers Catering. Unfortunately, a week before our event we had to cancel because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Carolina was very accommodating and allowed us to reschedule. Over a year and a half later we used Gourmet Lovers to create a dessert bar for our wedding. I received so many compliments on how everything looked and tasted amazing. Would highly recommend!

If there was a sixth star i would use it! Carolina is hands down the most understanding and flexible person to work with! I have used her before for corporate event with a headcount of 300+ and it was always phenominal! This time we were needing catering for a Celebration Of Life for my wife's grandpa, It was small ~100 people. We wanted just appetizers, drinks and desserts. After selecting our appetizers, drinks and cupcakes we were sent the invoice. She included full service for two hours, she didn't want us to worry about anything. We have someone who is allergic to gluten and Carolina was more than accommodating. The day of service the caterers showed up EARLY!!!! How awesome! They were ready to go and I showed them where to set up and reminded them about the allergy. The display was amazing, it was so beautiful and more than we could ask for (pictures). The servers were on top of it, the food was being plated as people took it to make sure it was fresh (no chaffing dishes)! When the allergy plate needed to be made they changed thier gloves and went above and beyond to serve. We got rave reviews on the food from everyone! 10/10 for these guys! They are rock stars. Boris and Carolina go above and beyond by providing delicious food and excellent personalized service. If you want boring bland food this is not the caterer for you! Every bite is packed with amazing flavors and the portions are more than generous. This is the second time we've hired them to cater an event and we will definitely hire them again in the future! I could not be more impressed with this catering service. They were constantly in communication with me, they showed up on time, they help set up when they did not have to, and the food was delicious. We had very little left over, everyone really enjoyed the food. I wish I would've had just a little more leftover because it was so good. Are use them for my daughter's bridal shower and we will be using them for the wedding also!

I used Gourmet Caterers for a bridal shower. Ordered a variety of tea sandwiches and 2 salads for 48 people. Everything was delicious. My guests could not say enough about it. Favorites were the Brie and Pear sandwiches, the cucumber, the pinwheel sandwiches and the salads!! Will definitely use them again and again.

I contacted at least 9 catering companies for an event for 150 people taking place in two weeks and Gourmet Lovers was by far the best!Customer Service: Carolina the co-owner, contacted me with in minutes of me sending a request through yelp. She answered all my questions sent me all the information I needed and followed up promptly. She accommodated all my requests although it was a last minute event and gave me suggestions for the menu and time line of the event.Service: Carolina put together appetizers, dinner, waiters and the bar tender service which saved a lot of time and it made everything super easy. Their set up was beautiful and we got a ton of compliments. The waiters were amazing, very professional, hard working, polite and organized. The bartender was personable and new how to make every drink posible including a virgin mango pineapple drink that was delicious.The food: this was the best part! Everyone loved the food, we got comments from many of our guests about how much they loved the food. Everything was absolutely delicious. I recommend the quesadilla as an appetizer, the roast and Chipotle mash potatoes for dinner. I wish they had a restaurant so I could go eat there every day!Price: The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of food, absolutely worth it. I almost chose someone else that was a little cheaper but based on the follow up I received from Carolina I knew I could expect better service from her company.The entire experience was excellent, I will be using Gourmet Lovers for all my future events and will recommend to all my friends.Choose gourmet lobers you will not regret it!!!
