Went here on Valentine’s Day night. Girl working the front was rude. “What can I do for you?” She asked. Gave me my order, had to ask her for the cup. Get home and there’s no sauces in the box. Never made eye contact. The simple things of working in a restaurant she didn’t do. I’ve served for years and I know. I paid for extra sauce and, if you know this place, they have the best. I even tipped on a takeout order. Disappointed. Find another job if you’re not happy. Don’t ruin the reputation of this place because the food is actually really good.

Placed my order online at 6:45ish and it said it would be ready at 7:05. I live 15 min away so we left right when I placed it. 4 min after leaving my house I got a text that the order was ready. I tried calling when I saw this to make sure that my food wasn't sitting in the bag getting soggy and cold for another 15-20 minutes till it was supposed to be ready. No one answered so when I got there I asked for fresh fries as they had been sitting in a tied up bag for 15 minutes. The lady at the front was very nice and asked the other girl cooking to remake them. She immediately rolled her eyes and said "ok" while I was still standing there. I then waited for my food and went on my way. Not sure why she would be frustrated with me when the order said it would be ready at 7:05 so I planned to get there then. Meanwhile they finish it early, knowing the initial time was 20 minutes later. I would think this is common sense. If she recognized her wrong and wasn't rude about it I wouldn't be leaving a negative review. But don't roll your eyes at me when YOU made the mistake.

yum!!! My friends and I came here for a quick lunch, where my friend said it was like Canes but Korean and better. Which is true! We got a family pack that came with 12 tenders, 2 shake fries, 2 cole slaw, and 6 dips for around 37$? Or around 9$ each for 4 people which is better than the 3 strip meal for 12$. The fries are perfectly crispy (sometimes crinkle fries are a miss but not here!), tenders are big and ... tender! Environment and ambiance is so cute too.

My kids absolutely loved their chicken sandwiches. Need sparkling water to the lists of drinks. Great price. Great good

What happened? Ordered 2 Holdaak original sandwiches with Daikon slaw with fries and when I got home, both sandwiches didn't have coleslaw. It was just 2 uninspiring chicken strips between the buns and red sauce. I always remember the chicken was very crispy, NOPE...now like breaded thin chicken strips. Then the limp fries were in a brown paper bag that was almost soaked through with oil. The comeback sauce is still bomb. We have been to this location when they first opened and it was really good back then. Very disappointing. We were so confused that we looked up the menu to see if they even got the right order. Didn't even finish the sandwich.

Food was bad and not fresh. My wings were practically cold. Ordered an extra mango habanero sauce on the side but got BBQ instead. I brought it back and they gave me a new sauce and it turned out to be Buffalo.... So I paid $1 extra for sauce only for it to not even be right. Also, sauced wings but with the sauce on the side will cost you an extra dollar when it doesn't cost them anything to just leave the sauce off.

Food: I love the Seoul spicy chicken sandwich. My partner and I ordered the 2 #1 combo for $19.99. Each sandwich came with fries and a drink. The sauce is sweet and slightly spicy. The comeback sauce is so good with the fries.Service: we ordered online, and it was ready when we arrived. They're very fast to take your order and also get your order out.Ambiance: there's ample parking in the lot. Looks very hipster inside, sorta of a like a garage setting.

Time for the dreaded update. Tonight, our party arrived at 8:35-8:40pm. Restaurant closes at 9. Staff took our order with a lot of looks at one another. Told our second half of the party who arrived 5 mins after they needed to hurry to order because the kitchen closes soon. We sat down to eat, and we know it's pushing the time but it still wasn't closing time so we planned to eat as quickly as possible. During that time the staff basically did anything they could to make us very uncomfortable including our three kids, a teen and two young (8-10 yrs) children. They slammed the metal chairs, blasted the volume for music that was meant for the clubs. The aggression was unnerving. At 9:05, the cashier said "it's 9:05, you need to finish up. We need to go home. We close at 9.." Thing is we know they close at 9. If they told us from the beginning to just take it to go or leave by 9, we would have. But during the time we were allowed to be there based off of their stated hours, the staff was having a fucking fit. My friend would have been able to finish her sandwich if the staff stopped throwing stuff around. I tell my kids to use your words. The staff here needed to do that instead of being so aggressively passive. I hesitated to write this as a long time former customer, but it was so unnecessary. There were other ways they could have communicated it to us, but they just chose violence. So definitely not a place I would recommend again to anyone.
Disappointed with staff competency and customer service at the Tustin, Orange location!!! We have been a regular customer here for years but will not be returning. Had a busy day today and placed an online order 45 minutes in advance for 6:10pm pickup. All looked good with text and email confirmation. When we arrived there at 6:10pm (in the midst of rush hour and crazy rain), we were told they never got the order. Had to provide them proof with our PAID order confirmation email/text. The girl at the register didn't offer any apologies and told us it would be a 40 minute wait for them to get our order ready. The worse part of this whole experience was the girl and another gentleman (probably the manager) couldn't care less about their customers! They didn't take responsibility for their system failure and had to be asked to void our credit card payment for the order. Of course...they couldn't void it and said that we have to wait 2-3 days for the credit card refund. Do people understand the inconvenience they cause when they can't run their business?! Why offer a service you can't fulfill?! Get it together!We understand things happen... but how these people deal with the situation and treat their customers is very poor! They can gain popularity with their food but will sure to lose customers with their attitude and low grade service!Oh...I forgot to mention that the place was a ghost town this evening. There's no excuse for their slow and poor service! In this case, no service whatsoever.

This place is shitty now compared to many years ago. They were amazing, but this Orange location specifically is shitty. Ordered a garlic Parmesan fries. Didn't season the fries, instead they seasoned my salad with garlic Parmesan WTF.And take a look at this beautiful hair in the salad. Disgusting and unsanitary. Won't ever pick up their phone either. Shouldn't be a business.

Ordered the loco fries and a spicy sandwich+tender combo. The combo was missing the tender and the fries had no bacon, onion, or cilantro on them. Have called several times and no answer

Our friends have always recommended this place and we finally had time to try it, and we were not disappointed!! We were in between the sandwich and chicken tenders and opted for the sandwich but the worker made a little piece of chicken tenders with the different sauces just so we can try them. Amazing service! We got: - Spicy Chicken Sandwich (4/5): not too spicy (but I love spice), wasn't a big fan of the slaw but overall good sandwich! - Holdaak Original Sandwich (5/5): we loved the juiciness of the chicken the best and appreciated it even without the seasonings Since this visit, this is our go-to chicken tender spot! We love the Seoul spicy and caramel soy flavor.
