Beware with the spice levels . I got the hot ? and it was hella extreme whole mouth and lips on fire. Never thought it would be this hot since they have a hotter one that's even hotter . I now have a severe stomach ache . I wish I never ate here. I don't have a sensitive stomach and I'm used to eating habaneros but this is another level . Is this even safe for human consumption?

I haven't been here for more than a year. Last time I went was around March or April of 2022.My boyfriend and I have been together for almost a year now and I've always hyped this place up. We never gotten around it until this weekend. We went yesterday and today LOL.Let me tell you something .. the quality and and quantity remained the *same.* After a whole a** year of not going here .. NOTHING changed. In fact, the only thing that changed was their seating - which is a plus!I am gonna shame Raising Canes now. You pay too much money for their chicken nugget sized TENDERS. I've only gone there 3 times in a span of 3 years and each TIME THE CHICKEN GETS SMALLER. I never* understood the hype. I don't talk to my cousins anymore because they hyped this place up. "Camille, you have to try this place. IT IS SO GOOD. I LOVE THE TOAST THAT IT COMES WITH." IF YOU TALK ABOUT THE TOAST MORE THAN THE CHICKEN THAN THAT SAYS A LOT TO ME, DARLING.DISAPPOINTMENT. TO TELL A FOODIE RAISING CANES SMACKS IS AN ULTIMATE DISGRACE. Not only that, VONS has better chicken tenders than Raising Canes. At least at Vons, you can get tender sized tenders - NOT nugget sized tenders.Raising Canes is Scar and Hotties is Simba. Periodt Pur ? You can't change my mind.Also, if you are a fan of spicy food .. I would say anything below Spicy is a safe bet. I tried spicy once and well .. spicy in .. spicy out.

Super UNDERRATED. Literally one of the best fried chicken shops. The portions are large and the food is always crispy. Everything is made to order so you might have to wait a bit, but it'll be worth it! The shop is fairly small, but they have a good amount of tables and seating. The prices are also very reasonable for what you're getting. We always try to stop by when we're in OC and you should to!

I am currently writing this review in Holdaak after having picked up my order at Hotties. Hotties was so dirty that it made the safety and food quality of their food questionable. If the front of their house looks like this just an hour after opening, what does the back of their house look like? Waste of $31 dollars on two combos that I am not even going to eat.

If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely horrible place I don't know why it's even open!! Why is their kitchen closed if they close at 8pm and I went in at 7:26pm what is that. At that point don't be opened at all and the people working there are really rude too. Horrible!

This review was for their 13865 City Center Dr #3080, Chino Hills, Ca location. OMG the spicy chicken here is mouthwatering! The spice on their spicy chicken is one of the best levels of heat and sweet. I'm not a fan of dry rubs but let me tell you this is one of my favorite chicken sandwiches ever! I heard they closed down which made me very sad, haha. I absolutely love their chicken!

I've been a fan of Hotties for years since their chicken seasoning is so addictive and delicious. I decided to call hoping to order for takeout around 1pm on a weekend, and no one picked up after multiple attempts. I figured they were probably busy, so decided to order in store. When I arrived, it looked empty and closed. Customer service was lacking and unwelcoming. Ordered a leg and thigh combo, and was told they were sold out. Mind you, I came in around 1:30pm and they close at 8-9pm?? How can you be out so early in the day? Then I sat down at a table to wait, and noticed the tables were so dirty with crumbs. That was not a look good. I looked around and saw that there were no other customers around, so I decided to trial a phone call to see if they would pick up. Lo and behold, even with employees present, they just ignored the phone calls coming in, which I had assumed from the get go considering how vacant it looked. I still love the chicken, but am so disappointed in their service. I considered looking up other Hotties for future cravings (Fullerton and Chino), and was disappointed to find out they were both closed down. Unfortunately, I don't think this store will survive much longer, which is such a shame. I have Yelped other chicken places as substitutes since I can't imagine returning to this location and being a loyal customer unless they take serious actions in fixing the problems. On a last note, I ended up ordering a chicken sandwich and the buns were burnt. It's downhill from here on. I truly wish them the best of luck in their future business endeavors. This is heartbreaking as it is a lose-lose situation for all.

The food isn't bad but they make it so difficult to just order food. They never pick up the phone (literally seen them ignore it while I was waiting for my order in an empty restaurant), and their hours online don't reflect their actual hours. Drove 20 minutes to order food in person to find that they actually close early on Mon and Tues. Would be nice if that reflected on their official site or even on yelp. Pretty simple stuff to get right guys c'mon.
Food is average , expensive for average food , that's why there's nobody there , ambiance sucks , oil hand prints on the glass , they have park benches to sit , they need a overhaul , $6 for a piece of chicken tender ,7.25 for Mac and cheese , way over priced!!!

I got a MEGA heat Chicken Sandwich with a Spicy half MEGA Loaded Fries. The food was excellent. The House Sauce puts a perfect balance for the Heat. Super Hot, both Stove Hot and Heat Hot. Good spicy fried chicken, I tried the leg and thigh combo came with fries, dipping sauce and a slice of texas toast, you can choose your level of hotness, I tried the mild, it was good with a nice spicy flavor not too hot, but I'm gunna take it up a notch ? on my next visit. This is a owner operator little chicken joint, picnic tables to sit on and cool music in the background. Family friendly and good portions for the price. I am for sure gunna come back again.
