The last visit I made here was in the summer ‘23 with my small boys 2 and 4 years old. Unfortunately the only people working were a newbie with a few screws loose and a nasty pudgy pimply curly haired terrible female-male like server (not too far from Napoleon Dynamite) that literally made childish nasty faces at me and rolled her eyes at me in front of my small children several times.Neither of the two could tell me if a register was open to put my order in. And neither could tell me if my order was up bc they didn’t care to take my name (as is customary in JJ and Starbucks and Coffee Bean and such places) so I had to take it upon myself to repeatedly ask if the drink was mine when one was ready on the bar.On a super hot summer day where I didn’t want my youmg children to become dehydrated, I came to encounter the worst service I have ever encountered being a customer for over 29 years of Jamba Juice. Will never return to this location in my life. Good like with $10 a drink and the petrified “service” that this establishment “offers”

I really enjoyed coming to this location for the first time today... Deani was absolutely amazing!!! She was super welcoming as soon as we walked inside the door. She helped me find the perfect smoothie that I should get since I was looking for something new and I told her what flavors I liked and she helped me find my new favorite smoothie. I just wanted her to be recognized for her awesome customer service today. She really went above and beyond and I left as a super happy customer!! Thanks again Deani!!!

The smoothies are great. Always consistent and the flavors are delicious. It is slightly expensive for a chain considering some of the little Boutique juice places cost approximately the same amount. Overall you want a good smoothie come here.

I came in 20 mns before close for a boost to help me finish my day. The associate was so nice, welcoming me to the business, and ensuring I got everything I wanted. It tasted wonderful. I’ll be coming back here for sure!

"This was my first time trying food from Jamba Juice, and unfortunately, it left me disappointed. I ordered the Classic sausage and egg cheese sandwich, and not only was it smaller than anticipated, but it also looked like someone had taken a bite out of the sandwich when I opened it. The size was nowhere near what was depicted on the menu, and the appearance was quite off-putting. If you're someone who prefers heartier portions and expects food to be as advertised, I wouldn't recommend this particular item unless you're okay with a very small and possibly imperfect sandwich."

Don't come in from 7pm-8pm they don't make everything on the menu and don't expect cash. Only location I've came in to this problem. Waited more 8+ minutes to then be told what I wanted is not able to be done.
Nice Jamba Juice, always reliable. I wish they would hire more staff. I live down the street and come here often, the staff always seem overworked. It’s usually a long wait because only 1-2 employees work at a time

Worst Acai bowl ever! Stopped by this location and picked up a bowl since I hadn't had lunch. I was in a bit of a hurry and to the young man working there....if you put away your phone, you could do your job faster. No reason it should take 10 minutes to prepare one. The Acai bowl itself was not good, the Acai blend was so watery that it felt more like I was eating soup. Overall super disappointing in this location.

I rarely do a review but I am really disappointed on the employee that attended to me! First,she had no customer service at all .Second, she prepared my order with long fingernails, did not even bothered to wash hands nor wear gloves. She has an untidy appearance.I was going to cancel my order but I just proceeded and discarded it !.I hope the management gets enough training gor their staff.

Had mango smoothie, was good. Hubby had aloha smoothie but tasted no pineapple. In my opinion smoothies are on the expensive side.

Very disappointed. They wouldn't let me use cash after 7:30pm. I didn't have a credit card with me and wouldn't accommodate me. Some people still like to use cash. Will never come here again.
