The girl who took our order was really nice. Unfortunately our Chunky Strawberry bowl absolutely sucked. They were pretty melted before we even left the store and there was no peanut butter in it at all! There was hardly any granola and the strawberries seemed a bit green as well. Sadly one if the worst bowls I've ever had from any Jamba Juice and really sad about it. The young boy they had working really needed some customer service classes too because he seemed mad that I asked him what name he said because he mumbled the name so we couldn't understand it.

It's very very slow since the last time I have came here. I am not sure if there is over all new people but they take about 15 minutes minimum to complete and order even if it is just you. Last time I was here I saw a girl drop one of the sandwiches cheese and she still made the sandwich without the cheese, I only know because it was my sandwich that didn't have the cheese. She also had airpods in her ears while she was working so I think she was distracted but she also was not dressed like the other people because she didn't have a name tag on, but i see her working here quite often. There is a new girl named Aaron she was super sweet when she was helping me with my order but everytime I come here waiting is always so long! I like coming in because they offer deals for workers who work in the mall its not a big discount but it is nice to have something :) but sometimes the waiting game is just so bad that it makes me turn to other places because I am afraid I'm going to spend my whole lunch or break just waiting to get my food or drink :(
