I was try to find a location open later than the stores near my house but it's very frustrating lately, I don't really know what to do about my predicament regarding Jamba Juice overall. I have been a customer well over 20years, since a large was $3.25 and came in a Styrofoam cup ?. I am really disappointed with the service and product I have been receiving recently. * NOTE: this review is about ALL LOCATIONS, not this 1 in particular. I have not physically been 2this store recently.

Rating is temporary until we figure out actual service.Hours posted are incorrect since we arrived shortly after 7:30 (Friday) and it was already closed. Or at least no employees were present and everything looked shut down.

Google has a wrong update. Phone number is incorrect and i went 8pm and it was closed. Maybe because of summer. Needs updating

The reviews about the appalling service at this location are unfortunately not an exaggeration. It is consistently one of the most ridiculous restaurant experiences I have had. Practically never open when it should be--they are open for 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Always understaffed. Employees act like they are doing you a favor by taking you order. They will stop making whatever you ordered to ring people up at the register. 30 minutes later you are finally handed a melted smoothie. It's a really dishonest situation because they are relying on a captive audience of students who need to use school currency --"pantherbucks"-- to eat. As somebody with food service experience I know it would never survive off a campus environment. Jamba Juice corporate please pay a visit.

Most if not all drinks use orange juice as a base. They advertise no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup yet Everytime I come here they're out of FRESH squeeze orange juice especially for their fresh squeeze juice drinks and they always have to substitute it with OJ concentrate (_) what's the point? $6 for a fresh squeeze juice but always end up with $6 of concentrate juice instead. Go elsewhere. Rip off and false advertisement. Got the tropical kick starter "fresh squeeze" juice which is just concentrate OJ and mango and it had no taste whatsoever, not even fruit essence. Tasted like ice water. What a waste of $6.

They take orders quickly and then just stand around and talk to eachother . I ordered a smoothie legit 15 minutes ago and they have been talking behind the counter the entire time... customer service is actually awful

There's a lot of horrible reviews about customer service. I've been here 3Xs since it opened and I haven't yet had a problem YET. And I love that it's across from my house. And they have white gummy on the menu! But I am more of a strawberries wild kinda girl! And they changed their name to "JAMBA" there isn't a sign yet. But conveniently located next to Target!

Come here if you're a Chapman student and have to use panther bucks. I come at least 3-5 times a week and half the time they're great but the other half the time they lose my ticket or make smoothies that were ordered after me before my bowl. The line can be deceiving because of this. I get trying to be efficient, but I don't get ignoring customers in favor of other customers for unreasonable amounts of time. They commonly run out of ingredients and don't let you know until you've waited 20+ minutes! I also don't understand how they commonly lose order tickets. The bowls do not include the toppings advertised by Jamba because the store is "not a fresh store" therefore berries are an extra charge. Otherwise the bowls and smoothies are delicious and at a good enough price point for me to come back considering the parking at nearby smoothie places.

There is usually an unnecessarily long line at this Einstein's because it's on a college campus. It's nearly impossible to get to unless you're a Chapman University student. There is a parking garage that fills up really quickly and you'll have to pay for a guest parking permit. The closest street is a few blocks away and without understanding which building it's in, it's hard to find. The staff is usually friendly, but I'm often there when they're training new people which makes the line go very slowly. I recommend the bacon, egg white, tomato, and avocado sandwich. It's $4.99 and most of the other sandwiches are in the $6-8 range. The coffee here is terrible. I once got a cold brew that had tons of coffee grounds in it. Their lattes always tastes burnt. The regular coffee is cheap and tolerable, but I highly recommend just getting coffee from two buildings over if you need coffee. This place isn't terrible if you're a student and need to grab a warm snack between classes (depending on how long the line is), but I don't recommend it if you're not already on campus.

I arrived and the gal working looked at me, and continued to do something else. When she came to the register I ordered a pomegranate bowl, and they said they couldn't make it because they were out of an ingredient (which happens), and they said they also couldn't make an açaí bowl. So I ordered a PITAYA bowl. When It was not busy, I was the only one around but it took them almost 15 minutes to make the bowl. The thing that really bothered me is that they made an AÇAÍ bowl which is not what I ordered, and they had just told me they didn't have the ingredients to make the bowl. Would not recommend.

Very good customer service, a little slow during rush hour but that can be said for all of the food places in the building.

Got the pizza bagel here so you didn't have to. Can't say it's the worst thing but it's essentially like going to a sushi place to buy pizza. Stick to buying just regular began and don't get too exotic with your choices. Now that being said, I have some pros and cons if you still wish to buy one. I got this when I was hungry, so anything at this point taste good. Now I didn't actually buy it but my friend gave it to me. It taste better hot (for sure) and I mean u get exactly what you had in mind: tomato sauce and cheese. But the ratio is definitely questionable. Too much cheese and too little sauce. But also like if you really want pizza, guys we have three places not too far from campus. Go to Blaze, Pizza Press or Zito's instead. Hell even the cafe! Better quality and choices of topping. I get that maybe time might be an issue but like I said, do you go to a sushi place to buy pizza. BECAUSE IF YOU DO, I THINK WE NEED TO TALK. With all that being said, it wasn't actually that bad but like I said, I was starving. If you on the fence about getting this, you probably don't want it. Buy something else...like the smoked salmon and cream cheese. THAT IS BOMB!
