The service is really slow, they have gotten my order wrong the 3 chances I gave them, and they didn't give me the option to get any veggies for my sub. I don't recommend this one, go to another one.

While the workers are very friendly, they work on too many sandwiches at once, resulting in a backed up line that won't move and no matter how near the counter you are - you won't know how close you are to ordering. When you have eating restrictions, watching them take three orders behind yours, and several call in orders and then they can't remember which one is yours? Real cool. Good job Jersey Mike's. I prefer the freshness of the food from Jersey Mike's to that of Subway, but I prefer how Subway handles making a sandwich. The quality of the food is why I'm not giving Jersey Mike's one star.

I placed my order online and picked it up. I ordered a veggie sub in a tub, thinking it would be loaded with the veggies I ordered. I paid extra for avocado, bringing my total to over $11.50. What a disappointment. My bowl wasn't even filled with lettuce. They did throw a few pieces of veggies in. I should have taken it back, but I was working.

Well-lit, clean restaurant. The service was excellent. The crew assisted me as soon as I walked in. I ordered ahead. The prices are kind of high but the food was delicious. Makes you forget about the price. Regular will run you about $11. So delicious. Don't forget to sign up for their membership app.

Why do these idiot "sandwich artists" always drown your sandwich in vinegar and oil? Always say no when they ask if you want that stuff, lady straight up turned my sandwich into a soup.

Nit a good experience the staff was not in sync at all and proper hygiene with changing gloves before using cash register all that very important protocol so we/us consumers do not get ill ....All in ALL not in safe place to eat... The hispanic manager was cocky and did not manage his staff and you could tell none of them were properly trained Be safe

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could it's my favorite sandwich spot. Today I only had $50 dollars and they don't accept bills larger then $20 and Apple Pay wouldn't work so they gave me my sandwich for free.... Don't worry I'll tip really BIG next time I come thru

Their subs may be a bit more than other sandwich places but try a #7, Mike's way, everything on it but relish, and you will back to try other sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. Join their points program for free sandwiches and I think once a month they have earn double points. If I was going to Franchise it would be Jersey Mike's or Marcos Pizza.

The food is okay at this Jersey mikes but orders are NEVER ready on time. and the crew doesn't seem to care at all that orders are never ready when they are supposed to be. They tend to be rude & indifferent over the online orders.Go to the Jersey mikes on Main Street in orange for better service.

This is a typical Jersey Mikes. Quality ingredients and fresh food prepared in front of you. We visited on a Saturday afternoon during rush. It's not their fault but it took 30 minutes for our order which is much slower than norm. I'd recommend ordering online for pick up.The cheesesteak is a crowd pleaser as always. Hearty portion of meat and quality bread. My daughters favorite.
