I wish I could give this location 10 ! Thank you for always delivering incredibly fast! Your delivery personnel is ALWAYS friendly and even with my crazy add ons, the sandwiches are consistently perfect! Every single time! My coworker and I continue to order from here because of everything I stated above and the healthy low carb options and wide selection of offerings!!! Now, who's hungry for lunch? :)

Sandwiches are good, but ordering on the phone is a hit or miss so I typically go in. But it's freezing in there a/c on full blast so never dine in and the music is beyond loud can barely hear my order. Staff are always nice though.

Are you kidding me? Cold meat; cold bread; cold sandwich, and not much of one at that. Don't toast and charge $8.00? With Harris Teeter deli next door, don't think this shop is going to last long...this review is for the store in Blakeney shopping center on Rea Road in Charlotte NC

Please inform your customers that for your Vito sandwich there is only salami and the Capicola has run out. Having a sign is not enough. Customers that order a Vito should be notified. It does not take a lot of time to inform customers. Or remove it from the menu temporarily or call it salami sandwich. I was too far too drive back to the Norwalk site after I opened it at home. I did call and requested that customers be informed. I did not enjoy my salami sandwich and would have ordered a different sandwich if I would have been informed at the cashier. No one reads signs. And doubling up on Salami is not a Vito sandwich. This is unacceptable business practice.

First off, let me just preface this by saying I am ALWAYS happy with my food. The bread is great, clearly fresh, same with the meat and veggies. I wish they had honey mustard but whatchya gonna do? Mind you, Ive only ever been to one location in Murfreesboro, TN as it is the closest one to my house. Every time I go there to get a sandwich, the customer service is bad. Like, bad bad. The employees are NEVER friendly or welcoming. I feel like I'm not allowed to go every single time and that I am inconveniencing the people working just by ordering a turkey sub with veggies. It's been busy one time I went, so I understood if maybe the employees weren't on top of their fake-happiness/customer service voice. But it's consistently bad service. Like they're mad at me just for walking through the door. They often don't even say hello when you walk in. I love the sandwiches and will be continuing to go simply for the yumminess. But honestly, the whole experience in-store is just uncomfortable and unpleasant. Thank you.

Took multiple tries to get the sandwich listed right Above cashiers head complete with large 2' x 3' photo of said sandwich only to find out it's out. *Biden whispering into microphone * Hey buddy, it's the sandwich 6' above your head. No sauce on sandwich. No flavor. Made incorrectly. Diet Coke out. Basically brown water. Zero flavor. Cashier tried to ring me up without rewards. Girl said someone was using bathroom entire 15 minutes I was there. Cashier locked bathroom from outside right when I arrived. I should get a full refund. Awful.

These guys are super slow at getting orders ready. They have a guy first day training on register during rush hours by himself with no help. The guy is messing up orders left and right because of management improper training and support. I would advise go somewhere else for a sandwich anywhere else tbh

Had Jimmy Johns for the first time 3 months ago. And it has now become our family Wednesday treat. We try a new sandwich everytime. They are just so fresh and delicious. Thank you to all that work at the location at Main and Chapman in Orange.

Yum! Personally, cold sandwiches are alright. But Jimmy John's, especially this location has lived up to their reputation. Food came out quick for a fairly busy lunch and I never been so happy about a cold sandwich. I recommend this place to any sandwich lovers!
