the guy who waited on us was super rude and spoke to me and boyfriend like we were dumb on more than one occasion. i'm pretty sure it was the manager since he was dressed differently than the other workers. he was a bald older man with a button up. honestly if it wasn't for my boyfriend i would have just left after we got our drinks, it just really upset me how he spoke to us. but once it was time for a tip he stood there with a smile and tbh we didn't leave him one since the service was horrible i would never come to this location again

Jonny Rockets SUCKS!!!I had a $20 gift certificate, went to 5 of their stores, and couldn’t use it at any of them - “We don’t take them anymore “.I went out of my way to stores an hour away from home and each store manager told me another store will accept it, only to be told again they don’t take it.Store after store of Jonny Rockets have closed permanently and this way of treating customers shows why.
Visited here after watching a movie at AMC Orange on a weekday evening. It was not crowded at all and we got a table right away.The staff is very friendly and the service is quick.They do have a couple of vegetarian burger options. We took the boca pattie on a spicy Houston burger and it was really good. Their jalapeno cheese poppers are also good.Will surely visit again.
