My wife always makes the better decisions.Even after paying 45 bucks for 3 simple combos, they charge extra for ketchup, bbq, ranch.

$20 Groupon used on 2 of their double burgers. Pay close to $5 tax separately. I didn't need a side or a drink today. Order in at 12:18 pm, not too busy so let's see how long just for two burgers... Order number 15 called at 12:27 pm. Nice going Jr with the two lettuce wrapped burgers!

We had a very bad experience at this place. Staff was very rude. We ordered vegetarian burgers and sandwiches and told them clearly we want only veggies in the burgers and sandwiches, not any kind of meat. But they added Bacon in our food. The lady who was handling the cash register and taking orders completely refuse to replace our order and started ignoring us. Her name is Venessa. She was so rude. Never thought we had to go through all this. I will never go back there again. I will give double 00 to this place.

I went with my daughter to get a hot dog, I asked to add chopped tomatoes on the hot dog cashier denied to do so. How hard is to add chopped tomatoes to a hot dog. Sometimes isn’t good idea to lose a costumer over something very easy to make.

Went here with a friend, and the service was quick. Once we got the food though, we were simply amazed at how good it was. Hot off the grill/out of the fryer, and so tasty. We were very impressed with the quality.

Love the atmosphere here at Johnny's Rockets. Founded on Melrose Avenue back in 1986, this recreation of a 1940s-vintage malt shop has been churning out some seriously tasty burgers & fries ever since.The food here is nothing but consistent & with 320 locations worldwide, including a handful onboard Royal Caribbean's fleet of mega-liners, it's ultimately what you would expect from a modern burger chain.It's hard to argue with a $1.00 Hot Dog, in fact I'm yet to meet a hot dog I didn't love.... except IKEA's, winner of the worst encased meats in the world!Don't feel like a hot dog? The burgers here are easily their crowning glory. My personal favorite, easily the Route 66. Named after the iconic, carefree, American Highway, this burger sports swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions & mayonnaise. Do it!

Cashier would handle money and make shakes without gloves or washing his hands. Also took a phone call while making the shakes and proceeded to touch his face. The cooks though are great and fast, food is amazing as well.

Honestly, right now I'm just flabbergasted by what I experienced at this food restaurant. I just wanted to enjoy my milkshake when I had this rude employee throw my change at me. I was waiting in line and I had noticed she had annoyed and mad face like she was over her job. Either way I gave her the benefit of the doubt because it's hard to work as a cashier, so I put myself in her shoes. When I walked up to her I tried to be extra nice, she doesn't even make eye contact with me and talks so lightly that I can't even hear her. When I give her my money she looks annoyed by how my money was crumpled up together. And when she gives me my change she gives me my bills first and throws my change at me. What was I supposed to do in that moment? Was I supposed to yell? She was clearly older than me and I didn't want to make a scene, I just feel really disrespected and embarrassed by the way I was treated. I hope this never happens to anyone and hopefully her attitude changes. She signed up for a job that was meant for her to work with people.
