Ordered pineapple on my pizza and there wasn't pineapple on the whole pizza and the amount was what you would normally see on two slices I won't tip on the app again throwing away money for piss poor performance.

Bunch of lazy kids in here with the absolute worst attitudes and show zero initiative and zero courtesy to customers. I grab pizza for quick convenience to feed the kids once or twice a week. I order ahead online usually and either the pizza isn’t ready when I get there or the kiosk is broken. Last it wasn’t ready till 15 minutes after my pick up time. This week kiosk wouldn’t open. The kid in the front mumbled to me he had to get it.He had 3 people waiting on the kiosk but just kept taking new orders. I waited a few minutes then asked him to grab our pizzas. He just stood there and ignored me then said I gotta help everyone else first. He then started looking at the floor shaking his head and started mumbling to himself all pissed off. Basically if you come here there is always a 20 minute wait even for regular pepperonis a lot of the time and the staff are basically robots

I ordered my pizza ultimate supreme 2 hours earlier online , was supposed to be ready at 4:50 and wasn’t ready til 6 pm . Cashiers at front have no clue what’s going on . Several people came after me and got their orders before I did . Very disorganized and no people Skills, management has done A horrible job training these employees.

So I went here today on my lunch break to find out after waiting 15 minutes for someone to even come out and see what I wanted as well as having many other people waiting when I already got there for who knows how long to find they have no wings which is the only thing i wanted. Kinda disappointed with the service here so I went to the one on Chapman that's near by and was given excellent service was in and out quick enough to have just enough time to eat my wings before my lunch was over. Thanks to the kid who helped me over the phone as well as in store. My reference to to Chapman if you want good service.
I ordered a jalapeño pizza and they tried to give me a pepperoni and jalapeño and said if I can wait 10 more minutes for a new pizza mind you I’m at work on my first break of 10 minutes PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS THIS PLACE ALWAYS SEEMS TO GET THINGS WRONG!!!!!!

I came here last night and the man behind the counter kept telling every customer that they were wrong for every mistake he clearly made.He almost told me that they didn’t have the order under my name and was about to walk away from me before I could explain my case. I had to raise my voice and he finally put in the effort. What a joke.

One word dollar value! It has come a long way since it was created in the start I considered it too much bread and not much else !
