Their drive thru workers at night are very rude and when I asked for my receipt and to speak to the manager they gave me my food, forgot my drink and refused my receipt, and closed the drive thru

AFTER BIENG ASKED IF WE COULD HOLD ON 3 X,S WE PLACED OUR ORDER, A SIMPLE HAMBURGER NO CHEESE I TOLD HER !! 4 MC. NUGGETS AND A SMALL FRY. WELL I HAD TO BACK UP BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT EVEN ONE SWEET N SOUR SAUCE N THE BAG, WE ASKED FOR EXTRA EXTRA KETCHUP AND GOT 3 !! AND I TOLD THE GIRL NO CHEESE IT WAS ON THE SCREEN ALSO. !! AND WE GOT HOME RIGHT NOW AND GUESS WHAT ?? !! F CHEESE ON THE HAMBURGER !!! SOO AFTER BIENG ASKED TO WAIT 3X,S BEFORE SHE EVEN TOOK OUR ORDER AND THEN OUR ORDER AS SIMPLE AS IT WAS !! The prices here are cheaper than the McDonald's by my house which is by Tustin and Meats. The food is also better quality at this location and there is never a long line and the dr u very through is a fast process.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are cheaper and I find good selection of the toys at this location

I've never had such an inconsistent series of orders from one location like I have had with this one.Almost every single order I get is always missing something, if not the nuggets, then it's the fries or a whole burger and even the drinks.Ive ordered on multiple different occasions just to make sure I'm not being one of those guys complaining about stuff that could be a one time thing.I had an order a while back that had a near-raw patty and the owner was kind enough to rectify the situation only to have the general manager at the time blow customers off for a conversation with a coworker about what they're doing for their vacation.The food is inconsistent every time I order, in terms of missing items and the freshness quality. Some days there'll be great service, and other days not.Today my order was missing fries10/10 was disappointed again. Hopefully things aren't too tough of the workers and these instances are just bad days that they're having.Submit complaints and they'll get back to you for sure.I'll probably order here again to see if it works out well. Will update the review after the next few orders from now.I do not recommend ordering inside: when I came to redeem my compensated meals, the guy ignored me even after I had asked for help and then when I asked if the counter was closed he said it wasn't then continued to talk to his coworker ignoring myself and another customer.

Came to eat at this McDonald's before work and the food was great and the order came out really fast. Will definitely come back for a quick bite before work in the future. Also the team member that brought my food was nice and asked if I needed condiments after I forgot to add them to the order.

This McDonald's always seems to either have long wait times despite the double lane and one of their machines is always broken or their out of an ingredient. To make matters worse they will get your order wrong as simple as your order may be. Also they don't fill up their beverages to the top, and I'm talking an inch to an inch and a half below. So sad, I go out of my way to go to a different location because this location doesn't care.

I don't really eat here anymore but my kids love it just like I use to be able to digest it only thing I can eat are the chicken nuggets everything else is to salty.

More times than I hate to say, I go to this McDonalds for breakfast. I order a "regular" egg mcmuffin and I get a sausage mcmuffin. It's gotten to the point where I have to sit at the drive through window, unwrap all my food to make sure it has ham, NOT SAUSAGE. Their menu even says "Egg McMuffin" and "Egg McMuffin with Sausage". If I don't say sausage, DON'T GIVE ME SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN!! If McDonald's workers can't do this simple task, they don't deserve the $20/hour they want to be paid!!

After calling 800-BIG-MACS, I informed them that I spoke to Uber's Customer Service and they told me that I would have to reach out to McDonalds because I used my rewards to get a discounted meal and they could not help me with that item. I called this McDonalds directly and they said I could come in and get a refund or the item. I told them that I ordered using the app for delivery because I couldn't leave the office in the first place (and I don't think I would want a breakfast item on my lunch break anyways). The McDonalds Customer Service said that she couldn't help me and said she would have to transfer me to the specialized department that handles the orders that are delivered via partnership with Uber/DoorDash. I thought it was an internal McDonalds department, it was not. It was back to Uber Customer Service to repeat the same cycle. I was short with Uber Customer Service this time because I've already heard what their only option for me was (to contact McDonalds). I am extremely frustrated because I wanted to order a meal using my $6 Deluxe Platter deal on the app, I ended paying for an order that was almost $30 and didn't even get MY food... I understand that ordering delivery comes with an extra charge for convenience (which is why I ordered a meal for my coworker to my the delivery charge a little more worth it) but not getting the order correct due to missing items and making it extremely difficult to get a replacement is frustrating. I'd like to keep using my McDonalds app for delivery but the particular McDonalds I ordered from needs to be blacklisted from my app and their needs to be an easier way to report issues on the app and not have to contact Uber for missing items that they didn't place in the bag and seal.
