Do not order from here if you are looking to order on Uber eats or Postmates, I spent $90 for 3 Regular bowls and a BBQ Chicken Salad with extra chicken. When my food arrived I was missing a bowl and my BBQ Chicken Salad had Zero chicken in it. How can you possibly allow that to happen. Take your money elsewhere.

I decided to give this place yet another chance to improve their food after being disappointed several times. Shouldn't have. Every item I ordered was disgusting. Ordered 2 buttered noodles kids meals, the noodles were cold, hard and obviously been re-heated several times, a couple stalks of broccoli and a rice crispy treat that was so old it fell apart when opening. Next I ordered Pad Tai and paid extra for shrimp, 3 pieces of shrimp in the entire bowl, tasteless and again cold. Next was a barbeque chicken salad, old wilted lettuce, a few pieces or corn and chopped tomatoes and a very small piece of tasteless, dry chicken that looked like shoe leather, which I paid extra for. $50 for all and it was thrown in the trash. Never again. Seems like all the workers, including the cooks are young,inexperienced and not properly trained. I blame this on management.

Hi. First time I tried this place and I mentioned that to the person who took my order. They did not offer 15% off of the order. I am 74 y/o and I did not know I had to do this. When I asked about Jackson bosted that is your issue if you did not ask for this. I was completely surprised by this. I let him know the total cost was 24.40 for this included a bottle of water. How about letting me get a cookie for the $3.00 I would of received with the order. He said it is your issue and we cannot do this. Since it was the first time, I did not know each added item was 1.25 or $3 to add to the marinara sauce. The person who took the order asked how did I like the spaghetti w marina and added meat balls? Too which I replied it was a little bland for my taste, so I got a packet of salt. When asking Jackson for his name, he got upset and he told me to leave this premise b/c I would not all his bullying. Then he said I will tell them "you were talking bad about our food" I replied no I did not. I will not take this kind of elder verbal abuse. Plus good old Jackson was cooking and he was talking with the man who took my order " He was talking about minecraft or some game and commented f"---- from behind where he was cooking. What kind of face do you want representing your establishment. I am completely shocked at the immature way this person acted. I am sure he has emblished his side of the story. Although I will never be back to this establishment. And if other employees go along with his version I feel sorry for your restaurant. You may reach @ [email protected]

Why do prices vary and why aren't there any accurate pricing of the menu items??? Not very appealing to want to order. Don't need any surprises once I place my order. Don't make it so hard. Just put prices on all your menu items please
I placed an order online for a BBQ chicken salad. It doesn't come with chicken (not sure why it's in the name) so I paid $4 extra for chicken. I got home and there was no chicken in the salad. Paid $12 total for a bowl of mixed greens and onions. Plus I paid a $4 tip!! Disappointing.

Such a lovely place. I've been coming here for years and the staff is so sweet!! Sometimes I'll get a little smiley face or smiley bear drawn on my to go bag, and they are always so kind. Today the app accidentally let me order Mac and cheese even though they were almost out, and the staff were super understanding. They got it out much faster than I thought and took care of the whole thing! So happy and thankful for them!
